There were a couple of things in which O actually had to speak with a customer service person at the front desk of the hotel. Didn't realize I couldn't use my folio number your price was more.
I was not able to book another night electronically or edit my phone number.

The booking was quick and simple but VERY expensive. I would have been better off booking directly from the website. I felt SCAMMED! The quoted price and the amount taken from my bank account were COMPLETELY different. Only saw on the final receipt that there are HIDDEN COSTS. Big ones. Altogether very unfair.
