When I placed my order I was not sure what to expect. Not only did it come on time but it was a day early! The products were as described. The Wendy was easy to use and the service was wonderful. Will use them again in the future.
After publishing my first review with only 1 star explains they would not take return... they reached out to me... and enabled me to print a return label. I have to say they were very nice, in reaching out to me in this way and then they did in fact live up to the return policy I initially read. They stood by the product and processed my return. I am very grateful and have changed my rating to a 5 star!
My iPhone 6s' screen shattered with splintered glass and missing pieces. I chose RPP because they could guide me every step of the repair with videos and support. I am proud to say that it worked better than I could have imagined. I would not hesitate to make another repair to any of my devices as long as I went through Repair Parts Plus.
When I dropped my phone and after checking on replacing the phone. I decided that my budget could not go into a new phone. So than after some research I decided I could fix the problems that my phone had for about $100. After I received all of the parts was able to disassemble the phone and freshen it up. Everything is working I put a replacement battery it holding a good charge with no problems..
Everything was included. It took me 20 min from start to finish. Be sure and watch a few diy videos prior to first repair and review just how flex cables release/lock and also the correct cable orientation (gold contacts up/down). When reinstalling new flex cables be sure to inspect connections to assure flex cable is properly seated (white line) on flex cable will be flush with flex cable connector socket when properly seated. Remember to push the flex cable lock back down to secure cable in connector.
I purchased an LCD from them that would not power on. I contacted them immediately for a return. They provided a shipping label and when I returned it, said it was out of the return period by the time they received it so they would not warranty it, despite my getting a no working display from them. I emailed them to ask for assistance and they ignored my correspondence after that. I will not purchase from this company again. Beware!
Purchased LCD, received a wrong part. After 2 weeks of e-mail conversations they finally refunded the price of the part, however refused to refund the shipping costs. I emailed them asking for shipping costs refund. They replied "free shipping voided on returns" and started to silently ignore my requests.
So, I paid shipping twice, to get a part I didn't need and to send it back to them. Support wasn't helpful. Beware!
I took the time to speak with the customer service to ensure I was getting the correct part and it was everything I needed. That did not turn out to be the case, so I had to return it. My refund from RepairPartsPlus was minus a 20% restocking fee, a $4.00 repair part plus prepaid fee and additional $3.99 "free shipping fee". Wasted my money, for all I know the repair parts plus customer service person I spoke with knew it wasn't the correct part and I would have to return it, they make money either way. If you are absolutely, 100% sure the product you are purchasing won't have to be returned then perhaps Repair Parts Plus is okay.
Ordered the kit got the kit. ZERO instructions in the kit or on their site. The sheet of paper inside the box says to watch videos on youtube. What a joke.

I could have saved some time if I had ordered a home screen assembly. My bad. The kits really need to have contained written clear instructions otherwise a good experience.
I returned a Glass repair kit for a Samsung product because it does not have the manufacturer logo and they do not state that. Kit worth $30, credit given $20. Lost $10 just like that! DO NOT BUY unless really sure you are not returning FOR ANY REASON
After purchasing a digitizer that ended up not working, customer service went out of their way to send me a new one for free that did end up working.
With reviewing the available video I was able to replace the screen and use the original home button on my IPHONE 6S with little problem and minimal experience. (I replaced the battery prior to this repair) I now have a great looking screen with no issues
All parts were an exact fit. The videos gave a step by step process that made it easy to replace. This made me confident to do this myself.
I was very happy with the price and the Quality of the screen It came with easy to follow instructions. I was able to install myself. I will be buying another one soon for my Granddaughters phone
This replacement digitizer is a waste of money. RepairPartsPlus customer support was not helpful and would not honor a warranty replacement within less than 60 days of delivery when clearly the failure was the part they provided, not the installation. I installed the digitizer with the provided home button (when delivered the new home button is attached to the digitizer with adhesive). In less than 45 days, the adhesive holding the new home button in place failed rendering it useless. The suggestion from customer support was to remove the digitizer and apply new adhesive. This is not easily done because: a) the digitizer is very difficult to remove without breaking and b) I do not have new adhesive tape to reapply the digitizer to the ipad or the home button to the digitizer.
Additionally, the new digitizer has a "dead zone" where it is not responsive to touch - something that developed ~45 days after installation.
I would NOT recommend this digitizer replacement to others or this company in general due to their poor customer support. I am giving the review 2 stars because they delivered the product on time.
