I received a damaged battery replacement due to being bent out of the box. Customer service asked for an picture which I sent, they said it looks fine to them. This battery is not going into my phone too dangerous.
They didn't pack with any bubble wrap etc. just in the envelope.

A little bit shady

This company advertises on Amazon, but when you go to buy the product from Amazon they say that it's not available. When you magically go to their website it's available at twice the price plus shipping. I looked at their professional looking website fell for it purchase the battery in a much higher price than advertised on Amazon. It took an extremely long time to get here, and once installed it only lasted three months then died completely under normal use. I've contacted Amazon to let them know what this company is up to I think it's called Clickbait! Advertise on Amazon for a much lower more reasonable price, then say it's not available on Amazon then sell it directly through their store at a highly inflated rate! And then it's not even a decent product! It is a pain in the $#*! to change an iPad battery! I don't like doing it unless I have to! Having to pay another $80 for another battery for months later because the first one is defective it's not cool

Take care with this company, I got robbed

I bought a pc screen, everything went fine with the shipping and installing it, nonetheless after around 3 weeks of use it started with a flickering, I googled it and it is a common hardware issue in the surface pro 4 - Samsung V1 screen. I wrote 3 e-mails to support and they just never answered.

I brought my son's computer for the screen to get replace and when I picked up they never show us that is was working or in other words never turned on the computer that it was working correctly, so when I got home it was not properly fixed I brought the computer back to get it fix correctly and the manager said that we have to paid all over again to get it fix? $469 all over! Excuse was that it was working correctly when it leaved the store but they never turned on to showed us? I asked the manager to let me speak with the owner and I called a few times but he never called back? Never bring anything to get fix in this place ever again! I am Summit business owner and will never treat any of my customer like this! Extremely disappointed!

I had a little trouble with my transaction and I got triple charged. Alyssa jumped in found the problem and fixed it right away. I often am nervous about online fly by night sites, but RPS is not one of those. I highly recommend it because of people like Alyssa. John 14:6

This transaction could not have been easier and I could not be happier with the replacement battery for my i phone 7 phone. I purchased a new screen for my IPhone.
Received part in record time!
Unfortunately it was defective and did not work. Instead of a hassle and run around I was asked to do a few more troubleshooting items and to verify that I had received the correct part. Once that was done and it was determined I did receive a bad part a replacement was shipped out that afternoon. Second part was again received in record time, 3 days. Install the second time around was flawless and phone is now working like new.
I'm very impressed with the shipping, tech support and customer service from this company. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

IPad 6 Digitizer

For the most part, it is a good product. The one complaint I have with it is the flat cables attached to the digitizer has an adhesive strip attached to only the short flat cable. The long flat cable did not have adhesive on it so when I installed the digitizer it would not lay flat against the frame, it kept lifting up.

I purchased an iPhone 7 full screen repair kit for a shattered iPhone 7 screen. I am very familiar with iPhone repairs and have replaced several screens before. I had an issue with the replacement, where the screen itself seemed as if it were just a hair larger than OEM, and when the screen finally seated in the phone, there were streaks across the screen.

I reached out and repair parts replied very promptly, with detailed instructions on what to try (all of which I had tried) and issued a replacement. The replacement fit perfectly and the screen looks and feels as good as new!

I would highly recommend purchasing from repair parts plus, as the customer service was great, and the screen fits, looks and feels great!

The iPad replacement screen I ordered has bad adhesive. It ruined my iPad. Before my iPad was still functional, the screen was only cracked. This defective replacement screen made my iPad useless. After returning it I didn't hear back from them for a month. They said they didn't have the return in their records. Finally they "found it" after I emailed repeatedly. They said they wouldn't issue a refund because the product I returned wasn't in new condition. OF COURSE IT WASN'T! How would I know if it was defective without trying to install it!? Ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don't even allow reviews on their Facebook or website page because they know it would be mostly negative!

IPhone 6 screen repair

I guess being a baby boomer I am inclined to fix things and not replace them, or pay someone to do something I can do myself! So I really like repair parts plus having what I need. Replacing the screen was moderately easy and everything works great. This is my second time using you guys and if I need to I will be back again!

Ipad mini 2

Ordered new glass and digitizer for my older Ipad mini 2. Parts came super fast and were complete with the tool kit to include everything needed for the job. The total repair took about two hours to complete. The only additional tool needed was a heat gun but I believe a good hair dryer would suffice. Very satisfied with the purchase and saved myself approximately $130.00.

i ordered a new screen with digitizer and tools for my IPhone 6 and payed for quicker shipping which i did not receive. When i finally received my package, days after the standard shipping range it only consisted of the screen and no tools. when i called they said they would send more tools out which never came so i took it upon myself and got them somewhere else. After finally putting the new screen on it has had glitches and freezes on a pretty regular basis. In the future i will be using and recommending other websites for phone repairs.

They do not back up their products. My purchase came with random tools and no instructions all loose in a box. It did not even come with all the tools needed for installation. Upon removing the screen cover we realized the screen was cracked. I immediately called and emailed RepairPartsPlus. They told me they could not help and that my warranty was void, and then i was hung up on.The products on their site "look" like a good purchase, but do not be fooled. They are selling you a second hand product for upper prices but they do not back the product.

Accurate instructions, easy fit, at all points, works just as if the original. I YouTubed several sights, got some visual practice, then went to the shortest site for the install. Apple phone any year may have slight variance on install. Heating the old screen to remove was a help. Definitely having a safe non-movable location for the screws, they are different sizes, it made for a no mistake re-install. The only step no one mentioned is dust the interior of the phone, with a small brush, after removing the cracked cover.

Easy

I am a bit older but this was very easy to use. Done in 1/2 hour. They included all the tools which made it very easy to install. The suction cup was very handy and getting the screen off even when my screen was cracked in multiple pieces. I would definitely use these folks again but hopefully I'll never have to again.

After publishing my first review with only 1 star explains they would not take return... they reached out to me... and enabled me to print a return label. I have to say they were very nice, in reaching out to me in this way and then they did in fact live up to the return policy I initially read. They stood by the product and processed my return. I am very grateful and have changed my rating to a 5 star!
