Does Not Live Up to Promises

This company purports to support appliance repair personnel but since all they do is order parts from China AFTER a customer orders a part, their delivery is MONTHS and completely unacceptable for a service provider trying to help a customer get a refrigerator or other appliance working.
I waited months, received numerous "revised" delivery dates and finally cancelled the order, causing my customer to spend several hundred dollars on a new appliance...(not another Magic Chef Chinese refrig)..

Buyer Beware!
July 24, 2020

Beware of long shipping times and especially any RETURNS. You Errol okay for FULL shipping costs back, and they are usually way higher than what the item I'd worth. Large boxes or heavy boxes costs a lot more! Make sure you don't have to return anything because you will REGRET ever doing business with this company.

This is Bul**** are they are hard up for money or do they think people are stupid to pay for a part twice? Ordered a part 70 days ago and had to pay for it, or they would not placed the order from China! Now the part is In and they are trying to get another payment from me? Told supervisor Patsy, I'm not paying twice for the part. Bad enough having to pay 50.00 for a 15.00 part and they want another 50.00, for a total of $100.00 what a dam ripoff!

4 months still waiting

I placed an order on 1 May for a pair of oven door hinges. They shipped one! They keep pushing expected delivery for the second further out every time I call. What a disgrace!

I DON'T THINK I'VE HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE FROM A WEBSITE BEFORE! I should have known when it started with an almost 40 minute wait on the phone trying to figure out the part number for my washing machine door hook since it was the only part number missing on the diagram from every website I looked up. Finally reached a lady who told me what the replacement part would be. PAID $27.99 EXTRA FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Did not receive the tiny part until 5 DAYS LATER! WORST OF ALL THE PART SHE TOLD ME DID NOT FIT OUR MODEL, NOT EVEN CLOSE! When I contacted them for at least a refund on the shipping since it was so late and caused me so much time of not being able to do laundry they said "expedited shipping is not guaranteed through FedEx... NO REFUND WAS GIVEN. I've not been treated so poorly by a company that I can remember.

I ordered a part, paid for it and to find out at the end of transaction OUT OF STOCK. I thought it would be great if I could cancel from their website... WRONG! I logged on and my registered account said YOU HAVEN'T ORDERED ANYTHING. Ok now this sucks, an proceeded to call these idiots. After being on a five minute hold I get a hold of someone and try to cancel. He said, " Oh it was shipping today and will be there in 2-3 days". I asked him " why doesn't the website work, why does it say OUT OFF STOCK.? Duhhhh I don't know. I told them I will no longer use them because this low tech business practice. The best he came up with was, " Uhhhh ok ". Wow, can't believe it.

Incredibly SLOW shipping
February 27, 2020

Purchased a carb rebuild kit from RC in Michigan the same day I purchased another item from a company in Texas. Shipping from TX to IL for a much larger/heavier item was less than half that charged by RC, and arrived in two days. RC item has still not arrived - eight days later. Tracking record shows the RC item went from Michigan to Ohio to Indianapolis Indiana so far - AWAY from IL instead of towards IL. If it doesn't get here today I will be putting the charge in dispute with AMEX as a non-delivered item and refusing delivery if it ever does show up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT AGAIN!

I will never do business with them ever and you should do the same RUN RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN
Safe yourself the headache I ordered parts for a dishwasher rack easy right well not if they send you the wrong parts
And then try to return good luck having someone pick up the phone on the other end I have tried about 20 times to contact them how in the would that they were available to take a order take your payment and then fall off the face of the earth is just wrong if I could give negative stars they would get -5 they should close their doors go out of business and leave it to someone who will be more than happy to run a business and provide just good service would be a great improvement from what they don't or wont provide

I ordered two parts for my oven. While they were in transit, my repairman said our oven was unfixable, so I needed to order a new oven and would no longer need the oven parts I ordered. When they arrived, I called Customer Service to inform them I haven't opened the boxes, the items are unused and will need to be returned. They came in two separate boxes, and to ship Only one item back would be $91 for ground shipping, which was the least expensive between all the shipping companies. That's insane! Repair Clinic refused to send me any type of return label, hey wouldn't even help with the shipping cost. They didn't care whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered a part which was 2x's more expensive than I found locally on a Saturday. I was promised the part by Monday afternoon. Come Monday the part was not to be delivered until Tuesday. I was forced to find the part locally. I tried to cancel the part, but was also told it was too late. When I called for a return label, assuming they would cover the cost since the promise you made wasn't fulfilled, they did not send me a label. I called to ask for one, again, and was told they would not provide that and the customer service rep I spoke to shouldn't have made that promise. Totally disregarded the fact I paid for the overnight service. I was then told the entire price, including the delivery charge, would be refunded. That was also a lie. I will not do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
