Ordered an item.It was not delivered. Followed up 3 more times and never received it. They request a check route# for purchase so they can immediately deposit and you will not be able to file for fraud-bank can't do anything about it. Have not received a refund. Hopefully the BBB can shut this racket down! You'd be a fool to order from them!

Twice the money
May 20, 2020

Found a sewing machine for a grandchild when my name and other info was entered I was not given the opportunity to review the order and the next thing I know I get an e-mail confirming two sewing machines, really how is this fraud of a company still operating? Idon't even want to give them one star!

I'm so thankful to all the reviews posted here. I had ordered a 300 dollar product and the next day I decided to check reviews and immediately called my bank to put a stop on the check! I also transferred all my money just Incase! And I sent them an email to please cancel my order! Again thank you all for helping me. Y posting your reviews! So far it's been two weeks and my check hasn't been cashed!

My order was cancelled, because the company claimed my payment failed. Failed? How could it fails almost 10 weeks after it was taken from my bank? And why should Improve it was taken! The company has detailed records!

This company SUCKS!

I would give a negative rating if I could. I purchased a printer from them in December 2019. They charged my CC for the purchase immediately. I was then notified that this product had not been received from their supplier and would take 4 weeks to get. I waited. 4 weeks goes by and the same answer, 4 weeks... long story short, it is now the middle of March 2020 and still no printer and no idea when they will be getting them in. This product is STILL on their website for purchase! They DO NOT have this product, but they still have my money!. Do not purchase from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Florida State Attorney General's office!

I paid $122,99 for a Tankless Hot Water Heater that was listed as a new heater. I have yet to receive the item or a refund. I emailed their useless "customer support" three times. This item should have been shipped the next day and been here by now. I live in Ohio. Fraud across state lines is a federal felony. I have reported them to the Florida Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division, IC3.gov (the FBI online fraud unit), and the Palm Beach County Sheriff for prosecution. If you have been scammed by these guys, you need to take the time to file as well. The BBB is worthless. You need to file criminal complaints against them.

I guess these guys like the idea of being $#*! raped in prison.

I ordered four Keter Eden benches in early June 2020 and they told me that they did not have the product in stock to ship out my order. The Covid pandemic slowed the delivery from the manufacturer in England and we were content wait (we need them for a wedding in July 2021). I sent an email every two months to see if they had any news on the delivery and they always responded that they did not. I would send an email that I would contact them in a couple of months. Most recently I sent them an email in mid Dec. 2020 and they simply responded... your order is cancelled. I sent a follow-up email explaining I was simply inquiring about delivery and did NOT want to cancel the order but have not heard back from them. Very poor Customer Service. Cancelling an order that we had already been waiting on for over 6 months with no explanation. Simply bad business ethics leading customers on for 6 months and cancelling the order with NO EXPLANATION. BAD COMPANY WITH BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Ripped Me Off

I ordered a sleep and play but did not receive the product. When I requested refund they claimed to send it but when I did not receive it they stated they would notify me when they sent out a replacement check. Further attempts to resolve this issue went have been unanswered. I got burned!

I order a Nintendo switch and it was good price, it was taking forever to come and they kept pushing the date back and back so as the others here have said I cancelled my order. Now they are pushing my refund check back and back. I am trying to get in touch with them and get my refund. Single mom, don't have 200.00 to just throw away. THANKS.

SCAM

I ordered products in Feb that I never received. After a month I asked for a refund and was told on a weekly basis that it was sent out. They then told me that I didn't get my check because I left out my apt. #. That was a lie! I checked back on all my emails and my apt # was included. Then I realized that I had been SCAMMED and looked at their reviews only to find many of the same experiences. Basically they are STEALING people's hard earned money. I sent them a few reviews and told them that if I didn't receive my refund, I too would be writing a scathing review. Their response, "Those reviews were written by morons like you". I wrote to them that I would contact the FBI Cyber fraud dept. if I didn't get my refund. No response. I'll give them 48 hours and then will start an FBI & IRS investigation. I'm not letting go of this. It's disgusting!

On 5/20/20 ordered a Opal ice maker. On June 18 after contacting them I was told order had been delayed and would be shipped in 1 to 3 weeks. On July 19 I checked on order and was still delayed. On July 20 I ask for refund. On July 20 they said refund check would be mailed in 3-5 business days. On 8/13/20 I told them I had not received the check. On 8/13/20 they responded that they would not be able to send check but can issue refund by PayPal. Sent them my email for PayPal and on 8/17/20 they said they would refund by April 28,2021. Looks like out $384.99.

This company made me pay with a bank draft rather than debit to my acct.(apparently your bank can reverse debit charges that are fraudulent but not drafts. Vacuum cleaner for $349.99 that never came. They blamed it on Covid delays, but they are scammers. They tried to lie and say they sent me a check(that never came). I asked them to credit my account(in July), and they said they could credit paypal October 13!(yeah right!). I complained to the Better Business Bureau who says their last known address is invalid. SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Addendum to last review

I am appalled by this company's tactics! I was told my re-issued check would be sent on Sept 6th. I got an email with a tracking number. After my $#*!ty phone call to them, for the 10th time, I wrote a horrible review on this company. They completely deserve what I said. I am writing this addendum because shortly after I got the notification they resent the check, they emailed to say that we're cancelling my refund due to my review. #1 that is ILLEGAL! You cannot decide to withhold someone's refund because you don't like what they said about your $#*!ty business. That is my opinion and I am entitled to that. I have reported them for fraud and have taken this issue up with my bank for fraudulent charges. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They will screw you over!

That the price seemed "too good to be true" should have been a very big red flag!
I ordered the product, the funds were taken from my checking account; what followed were promises of delayed product delivery and after I cancelled the order promises of a delayed refund. I never received the product, never received the refund. After I filed a complaint with the BBB I received the this message: "We are no longer able to assist you." TOTAL SCAM! Stay away!

I was given the run around about shipping delays until March of 2020 when I asked for a refund. Now it is August and although they claim to have sent a refund I have received nothing. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY! I have found NO good comments about them. I should have known it was a scam when they required a direct bank transfer for payment. Why can't they deliver my refund they same way instead of stalling by saying that they will mail it.

Unreliable retailer

Ordered pool march 12.2020. Delivery by April 11. April 28 no pool. Found another 4/29 requested refund. Claimed to send check to deliver by May 11. May 18 no check
Finaly recieved refund June 10.6 weeks to receive no pool and another 6 to get refunds. Dont bother with this seller. 3 months with no pool and my money in their account.
