Fraud - Wow...

I was excited to order masks, and did perfunctory checks of the company that seemed like it was OK. Placed my order and immediately became suspicious. The emails were a little too perfect, and the photography was... off. A reverse Google search found that the photos they were using were stolen from news articles. The updates were nonsensical and out of order. I cannot get a response. I thought I was supporting a USA company, and now I'm convinced it was simply fraud. I've reported them to PayPal... Do NOT buy through them. Oh, and the PayPal transaction charged as "Outfit Model Company Limited", which appears to be linked to quite a few apparently fraudulent operators, not just RemarkGreen. Worst service ever

I made a order and that was the last of it.
Never shipped and never responded back to me about it only a coupon for the next order, like I'm going to order something else from this place. Emma Smith never even responded to my emails

Placed an order months ago and never received the product. The costumer service only respond is that the project has been delivered to the shipping agent. Most be a very slow boat from China. I tried to cancel the order and they will not response.
Do not order from this company.

So I ordered like April 5 and then I went back n ordered more on April 16 prior to ready all the reviews. Everyone that emailed me back last name was smith. Finally I sent them an email trashing them for their Scamish ways... told them I was contacting pal pal for my money back I finally got a tracking number for the first order and I am waiting on one for the second order. After 2 days a label was created and the tracking number finally was able to track and as of now it's in rosedale New York and Lets see if I even get masks in the package. If I do I am gonna sanitize then and leave them in the sun for a few days. The way I curse them out def feel like they'd contaminate them. I'll update this if I get the masks and or if I get my money back from pay pal Also when i go on the site now all the masks show out if stock... they never responded to my email

Buyer be aware
July 9, 2020

Took over 3 months for my order to arrive and when it arrived there was only 1 of the 3 masks ordered. This mask was shipped from New Jersey. Took another month for the remainder of my order to arrive and it had shipped from China. Big rip off! Refused to overnight my order and refused to cancel. Run far far away!

I ordered 10 masks and 20 filters and spent around $80 at the beginning of April. They sent multiple emails showing my masks were in production and when they said they were ready to send the communications stopped. I emailed them 2 weeks after they said they were ready to be shipped and 2 days after emailing them they finally responded saying they were sent to the distribution center... what ever that means. It's been 2 more weeks and I sent several emails asking for my money back or the masks I ordered and they haven't responded. I would not recommend anyone to Spend their hard earned money with this company for it seems they are scamming people.

The company is Remark but your credit card is billed to Lush Goods. They claim they're in TX, but your credit card will be billed for an international transaction fee. They're running a scam from China. I ordered masks for my son on April 17th. It's May 18th and I keep getting e-mail "updates" from them telling me that shipment has been delayed due to COVID-19. It's a bunch of BS. On May 1, after I got the first shipping delay e-mail from them, I went online and saw many complaints about this so-called company. I should've done that before I ordered. Anyway, I alerted my bank (Bank of America) that this company is a fraud and they reversed the transaction immediately and launched an investigation. If anyone is reading this and you have an account with BOA, submit a claim to have your transaction reversed. You can call or do it through online banking. Other banks may do the same.

Great mask

I ordered 4 mask, all of them got here in 3 months. These are probably the best mask i own, they are made of scuba material with very good filters. They sent me an email when they were made and sent me the shipping information when they shipped. They also told me that because of covid the mail was really slow, which is exactly what happened. Of all the mask i own i am more confident with these mask because of the filtration process. I live in ofallon, illinois and you need a good mask here. Very satisfied with these mask, they just took along time to get here.

I finally after a month and a half received my mask! I ordered 4 and received one. The other 3 are on the way. I love my mask. It's sleek and breathable. It fits over my nose well and I love the velcro. Love it. It took forever to come after several emails that was not so pleasant from me to the company. I am happy and love wearing the mask.

I am still waiting on the merchandise I ordered. I am glad I used PayPal. Filed a claim and waiting on the refund. They continue to email that the merchandise I has shipped and sent a tracking number. They are a Scam and if not a Scam. Big headache

I made a purchase of 6 masks and 100 filters on April 8th, I did receive part of my order on May 20th or so. They took all of the $168.00 on the 8th of April I still have not received 1 mask and the extra filters I ordered, the product i did receive does not look or appear to be anything like what they advertised. Contacting them is a nightmare, I get that they are busy but they need to address customers in a more timely manner and not with generic emails. So disappointed with this company and their product
