After waiting months, my MSU facemasks arrived. They are child sized and the fabric print is brownish instead of green. Money would be better used giving it to the food bank. Very poor quality. Not US made

Yes it took us a while to get our masks. But they are every bit the high-quality pieces that we looking for!
Ordered numerous face masks and filter replacements back in the middle of April. Received emails that my order was received and email that it was being processed. Never Received a shipping email. It's now the end of April and no communication from Remark green at all. No response from emails sent to them. Total scam! It's so unfortunate that their are people out there that take advantage of innocent people who are trying to deal with all that is going on in the world today with Covid19. Shame on you!

Worst online order I ever placed. I can go on and on about my experience, but I'll sum it up with a few words. "Don't shop with this company." The bad part about it all if it was legit company and they actually sold the masks on their site, it would totally be a good business start up idea.
Update: After ordering on (April 04th) finally something come in the mail today (May 27th). A plain object in a vacuum seal package. From the outside I see nothing like my design/order that cost me close to $72. Heck, I'm scared to open it after contacting them numerous times and requesting a follow up on my order.

I seen the add on facebook. Thought I investigated enough. THOUGHT it was made in america! It's made in china! Ordered it in early March. It is June 16th and just received it! Poorly seen! Crooked! Velcro coming off! Piece of crap! My blind grandmother could have sewn it better! I am contacting my bank to get my money back! And of course no contact number to get ahold of them! Just an email that obviously I see that everyone else is getting the same one! Ugh! I'm angry at myself that I didn't proceed further with checking into this company before I ordered! Went through PayPal and they lied to PayPal saying they sent all the merchandise. They did not! Any emails I send to them get fake replies saying they sent it and they'll give me a discount on my next purchase. So disappointed in this place and at PayPal for not helping with this issue. I ordered 3 masks on 4/5 and here it is 6/9 and yet i have not received anything. I have been emailing with the same response that i see everyone else got. Then they are going to send me a code for 20% off my next order. No what makes you think that i am going to be dumb enough to order when i am still waiting for the first order. They advertised face mask on a site on a social media I thought it was legit. I placed an order the beginning of April it took them a month to even acknowlege that the order was being on the way. I decided to dispute it with my bank. As soon as the bank reached out to them they sent me a fake USPS tracking number that never generated a label. Withe pandemic and relations with China, I knew it would be a while. It's pretty good breathable with outlets you can close. Bo leaking. Plus it has the carbon filter. I irdered an extra.

Also, I emailed them so many times and whenever I requested a refund there was no response. If I asked a question, they responded immediately with excuses.
