Worst business I have ever encountered. Promised partial refunds, never got. Asked for a # to talk with someone multiple times, never would give. Asked for refunds over and over, refused. Never have got masks. Everything about this company sucks! Worst part... they do not care. ZERO stars
Spent $138 for masks back in April. Have not received our masks. Have received several emails saying they were in the way. Contacted them by email and they offered us 20% back... but can't give an explanation to where our masks are.

Ordered April 27th... Received Today June 17th. Received the fake email updates showing Americans in a warehouse creating masks but then my order shipped from China. THAT is why the orders take so long. The product appears to be legit, including the PM2.5 filters I ordered. The mask fabric appears to be a jersey material, was expecting cotton. Have yet to use it so I can't speak to that.
Not only did it take months to receive my order of three face masks (college branded), when the order finally arrived, only one of the masks was included in the package. When I wrote to customer support, I got a canned message saying the shipment was on the way, and was offered a 20% discount. Very confusing. I will not order from this company again.
Actually received the masks today (6/18/2020) we ordered them on April 11,2020 and wrote this place off as a scam. The masks are wearable, but are not as nice as the picture showed and definitely not worth the money we paid.

I checked daily for a week and package never arrived to expected UPS location. I emailed company asking if this was concerning and received prompt email saying "dear beloved customer"... thy my order was on its way. Another week goes by with no changes on the tracking info. I emailed asking for a refund as the shipment was likely lost (or I had been scammed). No more prompt responses. No more responses period. Thank goodness my credit card was able to reverse the charges. To date by the way, there is still no change in the tracking info. Stay away from this company. They are taking advantage of the situation and not providing any masks.
I ordered a custom mask on April 5th. I have yet to receive my mask. I emailed the company requesting a refund. They are blaming the delayed item on Covid. It's been almost 2 months still no product. They replied to my email and apologized, Offering 20% off my next purchase. Ha I would never order from this site again, however they ignored the refund part.

The product looked as described. The mask was purchased as a gift and has a "theme" design and it's very pretty.
The mask has not been used, yet. So, I cannot speak to its comfort level.

We ordered 2 masks from the website a few months ago. I read all the negative reviews but decided to wait it out just in case. The two masks we ordered arrived and were exactly as pictured. The only downfall is they don't wrap around your head in the back but your neck instead. This makes is really hard to move your neck and walk around without it falling off. I dont recommend this product in general. Even if the masks arrived a week after ordering them I still wouldn't recommend them.

These ship from China. This information should be disclaimed somewhere on their website. I ordered a mask on April 14th. Tracking says it's in Jamaica now if that's even correct. The emails trying to figure out where my order was were just a runaround and I didn't recieve shipping information until I complained for several weeks.
After waiting months, my MSU facemasks arrived. They are child sized and the fabric print is brownish instead of green. Money would be better used giving it to the food bank. Very poor quality. Not US made
