Ordered online plus added to the order by phoning an order through. Paid to have the 24 hour delivery but this was not received as parcel force failed to leave a card and wasn't until a few day later when I tracked the parcel was i aware that it was at my local post office - not happy especially as wanted the items quickly:-( I know you guys are not to blame for that but perhaps you need to consider a different delivery courier!

All good service wise. Item has been returned for exchange as product sizing not too clear. I am exchanging for smaller. I thimk that's probably Horsewear lack of info rather than Redpost.
The boots arrived quickly and were really nice but unfortunately I couldn't get them on so I have returned them and I am awaiting acknowledgment and my refund.
Redpost has a wide range of products with detailed descriptions which is very helpful. International Shipping is reasonably priced and my parcel arrived very quickly! I had to return one item as it was too big, I even received an email to ask if I would like a smaller size as it was in stock which was very thoughtful. My return and refund was processed very promptly. Overall an excellent store and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
I haven't received my goods yet. The answers would be far more favourable had I received the goods. Seems to be taking a longer time!
Unfortunately the goods I received were faulty but Redpost provided amazing customer service in liaising with the supplier and arranging a replacement. I received regular communications to keep me updated. Things can go wrong from time to time but it is how it is dealt with that sets organisations apart and Redpost were fantastic and surpassed my expectations in how the matter was dealt with.
Purchase of Le Mieux baselayer and hat silk, both products available at a good price and it was a fast delivery. Very pleased and will certainly recommend.
Every thing was quick and easy. I bought a 6'3" Amigo turnout. They are not as generous around the neck and shoulders as they once were. Comes up a bit tight but definitely the correct length
I purchased a pair of Ariat boots from Redpost Equestrian. They where discounted by 30% which was the reason I brought from them as this was the best price I found. Ordering a half size (as recommended on the Ariat webpage) I am pleased to say they fit great!
My delivery was a day earlier than expected so I missed it but upon leaving a note for the delivery company the package was left in a safe place. The delivery tracking email sent by Redpost was most helpful.
Will definitely consider Redpost Equestrian when ordering products in the future.

Really good experience, unfortunately the delivery company let them down. Red post equestrian did contact me back immediately when I complained about parcel force and did contact parcel force on my behalf.
