One can always tell how good a company is based on the quality of service in the event of a problem. I ordered a bottle of Red Horse Sole Cleanse which unfortunately leaked in the post. I contacted Redpost immediately, and the customer service could not have been more friendly and helpful. A replacement bottle was posted out to me in the next working day. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.
I was slightly disconcerted to be asked for feedback before the product (a rug) arrived! However, the website had indicated that a delivery from the warehouse would take longer to arrive than from the shop and it was worth the wait to get exactly the right product. The rug itself is now on the pony, is exactly as described, fits perfectly and was competitively priced.

My Rambo de luxe fleece was good product, had to wait a while because it was at the warehouse which I didn't realise when ordering, but Redpost customer services explained. Delivery poor by Parcelforce, didn't make it first time because driver couldn't find us, all other deliveries do! Second attempt nearly missed me because driver didn't give me very long to answer the doorbell and I had to run and catch him.
