I have purchased your outdoor weather products before and was hoping to receive a warm zip in or out fleece suitable for the cold days when riiding. Also the jacket would be longer down to mid-thigh. The purchased item is ieal for the spring and fair weather riding. I shall keep this product but having reviewed your website I cannot find a suitable mens jacket.

The jacket smells damp. Which is a problem because I am allergic to damp mould spores. I don't think washing is an option because if the taped seams. I am hoping airing it will help

Quick and easy to order and receive

After realising that the product I ordered had a delivery time a few days later than I required it, I rang customer services and they were extremely helpful. I was told the product was in a warehouse which was why the delivery date was going to be later than the usual time (3-5 days) and they would try to send it as soon as possible. Two days later the parcel arrived on the day I required it which was greatly appreciated!
