It was the first time I ordered and paid for my items on line, and found the process easy.

When I collected my items I found the staff very courteous and helpful in a very difficult climate.

I will not hesitate to order on line for collection again as it saves time and any unnecessary journey if the item/s I require are out of stock.

Good service as expected

Everything was absolutely fine- prompt delivery- very good.
Only downside was a split in one of the bottles. Package was a little wet, but couldn't find source at first, was gently seeping on shelf for a day before I found the split in the bottom!

My niece works in a local hospital and is in direct contact with COVID-19 patients. She had difficulty in obtaining hand sanitiser so I helped her by making sanitiser from surgical spirit and glycerine. Thankfully Redpost Equestrian had surgical spirit in stock and delivered it to me promptly. Excellent service.
