I stopped playing the game some time ago, and I just noticed that I have a bunch of little charges on my credit card! DO NOTGIVE THEM ANY MONEY! It's just not worth it! Save yourself a lot of trouble!

It's not worth playing this game when you know the results of the votes are somehow rigged. It is an insult to your intelligence and skills when your 1st place for a really good design and then suddenly you become last and then low and behold the winner is a copy of your design with a few alterations. This game is designed to keep taking your money whilst leaving you frustrated and unhappy. At first everything will be fine until they get you hooked then the underhanded tactics come in to play…no pun intended. Best to avoid!

I make my designs identical to the ones im going up against, and still get voted out. No way should a level 2 player win all the time against a high-ranking player. So yes, like you this game is bogus and a scam. Folks, it's rigged! It's a money grab! You buy items and can't always complete a room. They make you buy more items. To suck you dry. Hoping you buy more items. It use to be fun. Until they let dark purple beat me in a duel. Go figure. It's time to delete this app.

The voting on design challenges is not legit or done by humans. The design with the most expensive materials wins, no matter how tacky, no matter how mismatched in black and Orange. I've tested this several times. The secondary algorithm for wins is based on designer's status and if they bought the season pass. Bottom line: it's only about money

Ich habe das Spiel drei Jahre lang gespielt, aber von Monat zu Monat wurden Dinge ein gestrichen oder verringert. Man bekam plötzlich weniger Geld, die Materialien sind überteuert, aber der Gewinn wurde veringert. Bei der Beurteilung der Duelle oder der Designs werden die gestellten Aufgaben überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt. Eine Neuerung war, das man Level eingeführt hat, die man erklimmen kann. Ich war bei Level VIII angekommen. Bei der neuen Saison würde ich auf VII herabgesetzt und wenn ich Level VIII behalten wollte, sollte ich 15,00€ zahlen. Das nenne ich Abzocke. Auch bereits freigeschaltete Materialien, die ich gekauft hatte, wurden plötzlich wieder blockiert. Mir hat das Spiel viel Spass gemacht aber es hat auch viel Zeit gekostet. Nun haben sich die Redecor- Administratoren als das geoutet, was sie wirklich sind: Leute, die schnell viel Geld verdienen wollen. Aber nicht mehr mit mir. Nach 3 Jahren habe ich das Spiel verlassen. Ein Rat an jeden, der es runterladen will: Lasst es bleiben. Schont euren Geldbeutel und eure Zeit!

I played this game for about 18 months. There has been many changes including glitches and the game site not paying out for designs after paying every month for the game. I uninstalled after getting no help from support. I also stuck with nothing to design with but the cheapest stuff since I was never paid out and affected my designs.I added their response to my concerns. Btw I sent the attached pics.

Wow! It's amazing what writing a bad review will do to help one resolve things! To their credit, the folks at Redecor have swiftly restored my rightful A-List ranking. Now I can also improve their rating, as my complaint has been redressed.

Expensive game where your daily 1st place wins are controlled by Redecor. Voting by other players rarely decide your placement. If you don't meet the required number of 1st place wins by end of month, your wins for that month are lost and you start over within your level, but you must PAY 14.99 to stay within your level to keep your level-appropriate inventory. If you don't secure your level, you will lose your level inventory. If you previously bought inventory prior to the new game rules of "Level" categories (November 2022), you will LOSE access to inventory that you previously paid for that is given to higher levels. Within the new game setup, each level is given specific inventory. The old rules allowed a player to buy whatever they wanted... that option is gone and the new game rules are triple the cost because you are forced to keep playing to move up levels to gain inventory. There is a checkmark in the middle of your 1st place progress bar. If Redecor wanted to be fair, once the checkmark is reached, they could allow the wins prior to that checkmark to carry over to the next month... but they DO NOT! All wins are lost and the player starts over to spend MORE MONEY. The designs are in rotation and never new. Redecor should be developing new designs to keep it interesting. And Redecor should be adding new attractive inventory (such as new woods and slates) instead of maintaining the same old inventory that is given out at certain levels. 5 wins should come with extra placement benefits too! The Redecor developers appear to have no imagination or Interior Design experience. There are many ways they could improve upon this game, but won't. I am placed at Superstar level. To reach Legend level, I must obtain 70 1st place wins within 1 month. Last month I got 52 1st place wins and at the start of this new month, I lost them all. It is impossible to ever reach 70 when Redecor controls the number of 1st place wins per player and players average only TWO 1st place wins per day no matter the quality of their designs. This game is fixed by Redecor so they always have the advantage. Don't waste your money!

Few months ago I would have given this game 10 stars! Now it gets -10 stars! These creators have gotten soo greedy and have ruined what used to be a fantastic game! Unless you wanna spend alot of money out of pocket don't bother with this app!

The game cheats! That's all there is to it. The voting is just fake algorithms in which players who have not spent real money NEVER win no matter what. They demote your designer status if you don't win, and the only way to level up again is to spend real money.
…and to top it off, they have a Facebook group in which they have fake profiles posting about all their wins. Playtika is just a bunch of cheating sheisters!

The new 'status' rules made me stuck in a certain level, I felt like repeating same experience. That made the game becomes not attractive as the layout changed... Before the 'refresh' season... previous months, what I paid would not be blocked by ranking my status... I enjoyed the interior concept, so the new lock&unlock way seems unfair

Redecor used to be a wonderful design game. Learned about actual design styles in seasons. I won't repeat what has already been said in previous reviews. I agree with it all except voting is a social media thing(we don't see who we voted for until we've already voted). This Playtika has destroyed the game. This isn't the audience to tempt by making them spend real money to score well and fairly. I used to always buy season pass and occasional bundle. No more. People were passionate about redecor and now it's like...why am I wasting my time? I used to get at least one 1st every couple of days. Now this is what I've achieved

This ap was so much fun to play until they sold it. The new owners are crooks. They have taken away aspects of the game that loyal players payed for and earned through hours of play. I do not recommend this game and warn you not to start. You will be sorry.

This seems to keep happening, the challenges won't load. And there is no customer service to contact. Very frustrating.

There's absolutely no other game quite as beautiful as this one and Playtika know this that's why they are constantly trying to get you to spend money in the app! They have completely destroyed this game with greed! We all hate the level crap also! We shouldn't have to re-earn materials already bought and paid for! I will never spend another dime with this app! Bring back the old Redecor!
