The game prompst all the time allkinds of offerings to buy and even playing with real money you just can't win anymore, voting system sucsk! Do not play with real money, you just loose! Unless you pay the higgest amount of coins and tokens.
Maybe then you get to the "elite" and win even if the desing is horrible!

Game has become extremely expensive to play, materiale you had unlocked with your real money suddenly blocked. A true disgusting money grabbing mess.

I am the same as everyone else really... Have played this game for near on 2 years have always been happy to buy the season pass once a month... Its changed so much now and is more hassle than it is worth... I used to complete every challenge but since change over currency and not earning a single penny for submitting challenges I stand no chance... Most rooms can enter now is 4 a day if that... Such a shame as this was such a good game with alot of passionate players... There is also groups online to join and discuss rooms etc... I am so disappointed with this new version... I can not afford to pump lots of money into this its just not worth it... Why have they changed it so much for the worse... Surely would be better for them to not expect you to pay so much real money to carry on playing... Its pure greed... I am glad I looked up reviews as thought maybe was just me but looks like everyone in the same boat ‍‍ Also half the time the game does not even load properly... I play games to switch off and relax and have fun not spent loads of money for nothing and just get stress stress stress... In 2 minds to delete

You have to pay to play. If you fail to level up they will bump you down a level and take away what you've earned or bought, unless you pay more to keep your status. You can't win if you don't use the most expensive items too. You vote to earn, but they tap the voting. They've made it impossible to play unless you spend a lot of real money on the game. They've taken away a lot of things I paid for. When you play the challenges they don't pay. For example: complete 5 challenges in one hour to win 5000. I completed 8 and never got my reward. It's happened many times.

The new update has been so frustrating. Everything is so expensive and sometimes when you win challenges you don't even win enough coins to buy 1 item in the game. It's insane! The items that were cheaper before are like the most expensive and I have been placing 7/8/9/10 where before I was doing better! I'm losing duels to the most terrible designs. It's frustrating cause I LOVED this game but now not so much.

I don't mind paying real money for real value, especially from an honest company. Redecor's paid offerings will give you 30 minutes of play maximum, so spending is pretty much pointless. Obviously we all know they're stealing from their players in a variety of ways, and the way they treat us when we ask for support is reprehensible. They're a gaslighting, greedy, dishonest company that only has derision for their biggest buyers. What a waste. It used to be a great game, but this is Playtika's way: to steal. You can find grubby ethics behind every corner. They're charging DOUBLE to TRIPLE the price in my country than through the US (and yes, I did take the exchange rate into account). They're failing to deliver promised rewards. They're taking money off people's accounts when they haven't bought anything. They're using the algorithms to grab more and more money out of players. They're just disgusting to deal with. I need a shower. I've been gaming for 20 years. I've never come up with a more unethical developer. Not by a long shot. Don't get hooked. You will get fooled.

I have played for several years and then the originators sold out to another company. This was its death knell. The game was gently competitive, you could play well for free too. Now if you manage to go up a level you MUST keep playing (and spending if you run out of coins) in order to keep all you inventory. If you go back to where you were and worse at the end of the month. It's a total scam as log time players were robbed of inventory that we had bought with actual money. We also have seen that algorithms are targeted to spenders (the pressure increases) plus targets increase gradually to make it increasingly more difficult to progress. I have sadly deleted the game. It's a real shame.

I started playing just over 3 years ago and it was a great, fun, relaxing game but the new owners have made it frustrating and destroying the game. Last Season they introduced a new system where they turned "Play" dollars and gold into coins. It sounded good but the conversion rate was not the same for every Player; some were given a good deal and others, like me, came out worse off; this is DISCRIMINATION! The Inventory is a lot more expensive in comparison to what it was. They took away inventory that Players had paid for with stars, "play" money or real money; this is STEALING! We used to have unlimited voting to earn money so we could Design and Redesign, but now voting to earn money is very limited and resets every 24 hours, so there is no incentive to vote as much and this Season they have reduced the money we received. The Voting is rigged. We used to get reward with "Play" money after each Design and Redesign, but now we must wait 6 hours until the voting has finished, and the rewards aren't that good. There are Players who cannot design or redesign until the voting has finished. The last Season they introduced a Level System where you had to win "X" amount of 1st places before you could level and this Season, they have increased the number of wins considerably. Before the new owners took over I have over $1.8mil and a lot of gold, but this quickly dwindled with the new owners to around $560,000 plus about 22,000 gold, but when then converted it into the Coins, I only received 360,000, with items being a lot more expensive, it's hard to keep playing. Are the New Owners deliberately trying to sabotage this once great game!

This app sucks. Do not waste your time or money on this silly crappy app. It doesn't work half the time. You can only design five designs at the most. At this very moment the app will not load because of how crappy it is. Stay away from this raggedy game it's not worth your time. I will never download this game again simply because it's a waste and I don't enjoy playing it anymore.

I have a problem with not receiving the extra Bonuses past level 30. I contacted support 2 weeks ago about it, and I got a generic response. I rated the app in the App Store and received a response. Gave me a link to contact developers, which only sent me to the Redecor web site, with no way to contact developers. I have been playing this game for 2 years, and have bought the season pass every month. The new update has been awful! I will not be buying the season pass again, and will be uninstalling the game. Too much greed for a game I had absolutely loved. On the photo there is supposed to be blocks for the other levels I have passed, which should have been to 35.

Shady company practices. Ever since Playtika bought it from the Finnish company it seems like they've been experimenting with AI bots competing against players unfairly. I can't prove it but I strongly feel that way and so many of the profiles look so fake and very much like artificial intelligence pictures. I don't trust the company and the constantly try to push you to buy, buy, buy. I've since stopped playing because it is not the same and I refuse to spend money like that. If it was a fair, fun game it would be different but it's all about greed and their making millions. Not to mention the fact that Playtika has already been sued for shady business practices. That's should tell people something about how they operate. Think before you give them your hard earned money. Though it may be a fun and "relaxing" game, it ends up being competitive because everyone wants to win sometimes and you will end up wanting to spend money. Don't let them bleed you dry.

Players vote for each design. It's clear that crap designs win because the fb cliques vote for each other. The results make no sense. Great designs lose and crop designs win. It's baffling and.

I've been playing this game for almost 3 years, and didn't hundreds of dollars on gold and star coins. I had a huge inventory, new update came along and relocked 1/3 of my stuff and converted my expensive gold to a currency everyone can earn for free! They also handed out of season pass materials with inside a surprise box at the beginning of the season. But only some people got that box. Some of us got NOTHING! I had to buy every single season pass to get that stuff.

With he new update, items we paid for were taken away from us as th players. My years of hard earned money and gold I collected while playing, was converted and now I have nothing left to play. I keep placing 8th and voting is rigged. Everything is more expensive. Unfortunately I can not afford to play this game anymore and I have nothing left in virtual money anymore. Greedy game

The new owners of Redecor locked items their players paid cash for. They have informed us that we can win our property back by leveling up. The responses from their help desk is automated or ignored in total. Do not spend any real money on this game, you will loose.

Since being bought out a few months ago the greedy new owners have completely ruined a relaxing game. They have changed the format and replaced the financial aspect from cash and gold to coins with NO explained exchange rate. There has been huge discrepancies with some players receiving less favourable rates of exchange. They have removed inventory that has been paid for with players OWN real hard earned money with some players screaming THEFT. Seems the new owners have punished the long term players to make an even playing field for the newer players. SERIOUSLY NOT IMPRESSED AND CONTEMPLATING GIVING UP THE GAME.

They changed the terms and conditions. They changed everything to get more money. Everything is more expensive, if you want to advance you need real money. It didn't used to be like that. I used real money to unlock items, those items are now locked again. So they basically stole my money. They are deleting negative posts, to make it look like they only have positive reviews. They don't reply to emails. Full of bots, and voting is rigged.
