I purchased two t-shirts. Both were soft to the touch and seem to be a nice quality fabric. The fit was great and true to size. The graphics on both shirts were very nice and bright and looked great. My purchase shipped and arrived within the week. My daughter is very happy with her two new Zayn shirts.
This company is incredbile. They had everything I wanted and got it to me quickly. Not to mention the deal they had around Christmas was awesome. I got all of my stickers half price! And the quality of product is amazing. I have had the same sticker on a device that I hold daily and its as if I put it on there 5 seconds ago.
When I ordered it said it would be delivered by Friday. However it wasn't delivered until the Tuesday of the next week.
Printed image is not high quality, it's about as same quality as my hp color printer. Stickers were cut poorly, square stickers have rounded corners, top corner of any rounded corner is misaligned, possibly where the knife enters and exists. But it's poor. I would pay a little extra for high quality option
The print tee-shirt I ordered came within the expected date, on the early side of things. It's great quality and I've gotten lots of compliments on the art itself. The shirt is comfortable and has a nice weight without being too thick. The only issue I had was the god awful smell that I assume was part of the printing process. I'll definitely be ordering again, and soon!

I placed large order March 1, paypayl, redbubble cancelled. Complained, told to re-order using different payment. I placed 3 re-orders for same/similar items on March 3, credit card. Not processed. I reordered AGAIN on March 9 still not processed. Complained agin. Told to research my credit card. Bank says all payments form 3/6 and 3/9 are pending and waiting to be finalized by redbubble. The problem is not my card ior method of payment. WHY ARE YOU NOT FULFILLING MY ORDER? I have placed an order for essentially the same items THREE TIMES, with no answer. 2 days ago I sent another request for investigation, no answer.
Red Bubble has amazing customer service and quick shipping. Products were great and just as described.

This is the second time I've ordered from them and products are always good. 1st time i used paypal to pay, this time I used my debit card and 2 days later my card number was used to pay someone's global wireless phone bill and redbubble was my last purchase with my card. So fraud department at my bank was calling me and I had to cancel my card. If I order again, I will use PayPal and I recommend everyone to do same.
I've order from RedBubble a few times and the shipping times are consistently long. The shipping times on the site are not accurate. I received an email saying my item has shipped on 2/25. The tracking information says it will arrive on 3/7, that's eight business days! Their website estimates three days. That would be acceptable. Afterall, I did pay for shipping, it wasn't included. Morale of the story is if it's a gift you are ordering make sure you allow for the long shipping time.
The products however are awesome. The clothing is really comfortable. The shirts are slim fit, like the site says.
I first ordered a package from redbubble (laptop stickers/decals) and for some reason they were misdelivered. I was looking forward to getting them but I knew it was most likely the fault of someone in the mail. I contacted redbubble and they were so understanding! They immediately shipped more stickers and didn't charge me for it. They communicated with me every step of the way even though it was never their fault.
If I could give this business less than a 1 I would. For starters, they double charged me and when contacted about the double charge they said it was my banks fault. Called my back and they confirmed they did in fact double charge me and lied about it. I got an email that my package had arrived but it never did. Here I am over a week later (and 20 days after I initially ordered) with no stickers. Contacted the support team and am asking for a complete refund. If I'm not given this back in a timely fashion my bank is filling a fraud investigation on them.
Were amazing. They shipped super fast, they were a great material (they weren't like cheap tote bags that you can find at some department stores) and the art work was absolutely gorgeous. I got one tote with a beauty shot of Sarah Paulson and it is just fantastic, the art work is incredible. I got 2 more bags inspired by the show American Horror Story and there are about 30 more I'd like to get just from this website(they had a great variety). So overall they get 100% by my book.

I've made a few orders with redbubble and had pretty much the same experience each time. The first time I ordered some stickers, they took at least a week longer than predicted to arrive but when they did they were good quality and still look nice a few months later.
Then I ordered three posters, great quality but didn't arrive until two weeks after the shipping window. Also one of them had a crease on the corner which was a bit frustrating as they were a gift but I managed to straighten it out. Those prints are now sold by a different company who I have much more faith in as everything I've ordered from them has arrived a couple of days after I've ordered it and I've never had anything arrive damaged.
Next order was again a couple of stickers, once more they took much longer than predicted to arrive but they look good.
The next order was made by my boyfriend, a sticker, a t-shirt and a canvas print. These were all shipped separately, the t-shirt and print arrived within a day of each other, again this was a week or so after they should have arrived. The quality is good, the print looks great hung in our hallway and the t-shirt has held up nicely after a couple of washes. The sticker took another week to arrive.
Most recent order is for a metal print, shipping cost on this was very high and the estimated delivery time was quite long. Today is the last day that it could arrive within the shipping window, it probably won't appear until next week. Hopefully the quality will be good.
Overall everything has been really good quality and it's nice to be able support artists but I really think redbubble need to improve their shipping methods, it shouldn't take two weeks for something to arrive. I've considered trying their more expensive shipping method but I doubt it would be much better and I shouldn't have to pay more just to get it within the expected shipping window.
On a couple of the orders I contacted support to see where my items were and each time they said it would be a few more days. Not overly helpful but they always answered quickly.

When delivered, not everything looks exactly like when you're ordering (like a sticker might not be the same vibrant colors as the preview in purchase) but this is to be expected when you're buying personalized, not mass produced products.
Customer service is fantastic and quick and so is delivery.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
