I ordered a t shirt around sep 26th and ordered express shipping, which is 2-6 days. They changed my delivery date roughly 3 times and on the last day of the delivery, still no shirt. I got refund on shipping but I still expect my product to show up. Hopefully it shows up sometime.
My item supposed to arrived on Monday 8,2016 by UPS and its 8/10/16. I called them they told me they'd that they've transfered my item to the regular post office on 8/6/16. I called
The post office and my item never arrived there. Horrible service. And my item still missing.
I had a problem with my order, iwas dealt with in the most courteous, efficient and straightforward manner I have ever encountered by an online organisation. Redbubble's team were straight on the matter and even chased to get the issue sorted. I have ordered from them in the past and I will order from them again. And when I do, it will be with the added security that I know my custom is appreciated and that Redbubble have caring team on hand to assist. Ordering from Redbubble appears to be a hit or miss thing in regards to quality and fit of clothes. The racer back tank and 20 inch pillow are great. The front zip hoodie not so great, the print is pale and the fit is weird. A white design on black I expected a sharper image and the fit is just not right. So two orders with redbubble and one was a hit, the other a disappointing miss.
I ordered a printed hoody and though I felt the prices were a little on the high side I really liked the choices available and managed to get a design I have not been able to get hold of anywhere.
The quality of the hoody is pretty good and the printing looks great. My only comment on quality is that the cord used in the hood does not have a proper ending to it (like shoelaces usually do) and is just knotted but it's such a minor thing. I often tend to take the cords out anyway but if I really wanted to I could put a different one and I wouldn't say it overly detracts from the overall look or quality of the garment.
The customer service was brilliant when I needed to contact them about a sizing issue, responding promptly in a nice personalised and quirky way. Delivery in the UK was also pretty prompt.
I well definitely be using this company again!
Ruth answered my enquiry, and she said that she had taken a took a look at the coupons that I had found on DEALSCOVE. Unfortunately, they had all expired. That was sorely disappointing to me, especially when they had been labeled as "current." Ruth did not send me any other coupon code. That also was disappointing.
Not reliable. I did not get my product and it is overdue. I want my money refunded. They are not trying to resolve issue. Instead, I get the go around excuses. All I want is my money back and they do nothing. Don't order from them. They still money. I reporting it to the better business bureau too.

I was able to buy 2 iphone cases at resonable prices that were super unique and awesome! Not only was i able to get a coupon for 10% off, but it also arrived earlier than i expected! The site said they would arrive in 7-10 days, but i assumed it would take longer since most of the time things i order take longer than stated! My cases were shipped august 13th and they arrived august 23! I will use this site again!
The shirts offered by Watchguard are of excellent quality, and the bonus in the case of the Samaritan's where its purchase helps a worthy cause is beyond price. The printing of the logos is clear but not garish, their length and fit makes them truly universal wear. That and they arrivedbon time well packed and in perfect condition. Will buy from them again.
I placed an order nearly a month ago and when I check my order my mask has not even been made. They sent me a random email saying sorry for delay but shipment is delayed? How can it be on any ship if it aint even been made LOL l! There is no customer service to speak anyone. If they dont refund or forward me my item ill do a chain on facebook for all my thousands of friends to pass on my message to all their thousands of friends to avoid Redbubble at all costs. I will keep you all updated.
Do not buy stickers from here. They are horrific quality. More than half of the stickers were so pixelated you could barely tell what they were. Every image was grainy. I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt and they sent it once to me as a hoodie and the print was so small and off center. They said they would replace it, and address the issues with the 3rd party printer. They sent me a hooded sweatshirt twice! I just wanted the crew neck.
Customer service was kind, took them a few days to respond each time though.
I purchased a 24x16 framed print from RB and it arrived in EXCELLENT condition last night. The delivery took approx. 5 - 6 days to San Francisco. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would def. Recommend the site to friends/family.
I ordered a t-shirt on boxing day, sure it came late but this was probably down to it being Christmas and I wasn't really that bothered. T-shirt was great even though I ordered it 3 sizes too big - oops. I ordered another t-shirt a few weeks later - in the right size - it came on time and I love it! Just opened the package that I ordered 3 and a half weeks ago and the should have put fragile on the package cuz 2 of the 3 shirts the print is already "cracking" and looks like $#*! and I can't get anyone to help me from there "customer service"
I ordered a mask that arrived today, and right out of the bag, one of the straps is not connected to the mask. I'm not freaking Betsy Ross, and I can't fix it. I was so looking forward to its arrival. There is no way to get through to a human to say look, just send me an intact one. I feel totally scammed. I wouldn't buy a small can of dog food from this site.
I ordered a slim fit mens t-shirt. Came in 4 days later than expected, which was whatever. It was not a slim fit. I could light a match on it it was so rough, and definitely not slim fit. Very disappointed.
I have emailed this company 4 times to receive 1 order i placed a MONTH ago. They send you automated support emails that do not provide a contact number, and they are "unable" to track your order. They just want your money. I'm still waiting for my product or trying to get my money back and they are impossible to reach. I DO NOT ADVISE you give this company your time or money. Such a disappointing experience.
From the beginning, my order had a ridiculously long shipping time. Still, the item was important to me because it was a gift, so I ordered it. When it still didn't arrive or show as shipped by the delivery date, they told me I had to wait another 2 weeks to get a refund. 2 weeks later, they try to sell me a replacement item (which I never get a confirmation email for), so they finally say they will issue a refund. I get no email confirming this refund and am expected to wait another week to see the refund in my account. We'll see if it ever gets credited back to me…Customer support is hard to get ahold of, chat is the only option besides email. They leave and end the chat whenever they feel like, and they're just plain rude. This site is a scam. Don't risk it.
But she got a shirt from here and I can't forgive her for not knowing better. The print is really crooked. The pixolation is very visible. The print is not consistent and instead of black it's more like a brown ink. Ah and I hope redbubble faces legal action for selling trademarked logos on their horrible shirts. They can't even iron on the logo straight.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
