After several emails back and forth I give up. It said right on the top of my order page receive 20% off. I forget what promo code I added because I was doing a bunch of shopping on different sites that night. CSR wanted the promo code and I couldn't remember it. Haven't heard a word back from them. Will never order from this site again. 20% on a $141 comforter is aot of money. Horrible customer service.
I received a shirt with no name as to who sent it. I contacted customer service so I could see who sent it. They told me they could not help me as it was private information. I then get my credit card statement only to see I was charged for the shirt. As it turns out my card was hacked and used to buy things. Customer service should have been able to tell me who bought it because it was my name on the sales slip.
I bought posters and stickers from redbubble in two separate occasions.
I first bought stickers. They were amazing - so many options to choose from, great quality and the designs were incredibly adorable! Would highly recommend the stickers.
Then I decided to buy posters from them. I was really excited because they had so many designs I could choose from, and I loved the designs! I wanted to buy them all but I settled for two. When the posters arrived, I opened them up and I was disappointed by the quality of the print. It's not a clean print, there were streaks throughout the posters. I definitely would not order posters from them again.
The t-shirts were bought for very particular teenagers. They were very impressed by the quality of the fabric and the printing. They especially liked the unique designs I was able to get through Red Bubble.
I accidentally ordered iphone covers rather than ipod covers. I sent and email and received a response the same day. They let me keep the bad order and gave me a voucher covering the ones I needed (for the same amount I spent originally). I was very happy with the service I received. As far as not agreeing with many of the things they were selling, it is part of living in a free country.
I accidentally bought the wrong size. I emailed customer service. They responded promptly and were very polite. They sent me the size I wanted at no extra charge. Which I wasn't expecting. I was very pleased! I have referred my friends to use Redbubble. Thank you and love your site!
I ordered a lot of tees from them. The quality was very good... before. Two times, it happened that the printing was not ok, an the two times I sent them a email with picture of the problematic tee, and they sent me an other tee very quickly.
Unfortunatly, the quality of the tees suddenly changed. They stopped using American Apparel, for some crappy tees made in a sweatshop in Honduras... I found that very unethical, and I will now buy my tees somewhere else.
Dont bother buying from here. They duplicated an order and sent it to an old address after I pod through paypal. No way it could be refunded with customer service rep saying I put an old address there for it to be duplicated. Treating your customers like theyre incompetent and stupid is not the way to go.

Great service! I used PayPal for fast and easy payment, and my shirt arrived in the time they told me it would arrive. I am very happy with this company and will order from them again. I searched the interwebs high and low for the design I wanted because I got scared of all the bad reviews, but after not being able to find it, I decided I would give RedBubble a try, and I WILL be ordering from them again. Don't let the crap reviews get to you. I didn't. And I LOVE my new shirt.
Bought something, got lost in the mail, service, email back that and that day, I mail back and I need to wait another couple weeks. What the $#*!, even now I still got not my money back and still fighting with them! Never buy here!
I have been waiting now for over a week to exchange my sons hoodie with no result. I have sent 3 emails and all I get is an automated email stating this is not from a human. I want one shipped to me now so he can have his Christmas present. This is ridiculous! You cannot call them. There is no customer service number! Who does not have a customer service number?! Poor customer service if you ask me. I will NEVER order from REDBUBBLRE again after this experience.
I ordered two t-shirts for my 17 year old. Unfortunately they did not fit her. I ordered a size small but both were two tight (she needs loose fitting clothing). I requested an exchange... Redbubble and the artists took care of the exchange immediately (at no cost) The t-shirts were excellent fabric and construction and the artists' (Soleilou and Sovonight) work was amazing. Highly recommend RedBubble for t-shirts... and these two artists! Will be ordering all t-shirts from Redbubble in the future.

The choice of designs is mind-boggling and you can spend days and days going through each category of design. For example, if you search for a "Tabby cat" design, you will get literally thousands of tabby cats.
I bought some sticker who were beautiful on the site. So I was happy, waiting to receive it. And what I got? $#*!ing Terrific photocopier quality sticker. I swear, the stickers are horrible. So I tried to get a order back, and what happened? My order number "doesnt exist". Its a total scam, I want to be refunded now!

Worst customer experience ever with Redbubble. They took my money then cancelled my order. They will not provide the good I paid for and they will not refund me. Disgraceful customer service. Really angry about the experience.
I like this site... most of the members are great and there is some awesome work... it is a diverse site that includes many genres of work... I like the idea that you can sell your work but the return on the sell that a member gets is very low requiring a substantial amount of work to be sold to make any type of money... it to can be somewhat of a popularity site as well but at you have the option of selecting artist nto watch and join groups. I am not as active on there as much anymore as it seems to require a lot of time to market your work with minimal return. But it is worth checking out as it has numerous ways to add, display and interact with other members.
I ordered a T shirt in a small for a friend who was graduating high school. It came in at a timely fashion; but it was so small it seemed like it was a Child's Small. So I asked them if they wanted me to send it back; they did not and said I should donate it (which I did) and promptly ordered a Medium for my friend. It seems to fit fine and she loves it! Thank you! I would shop here again!
This is the second time I've ordered from them and products are always good. 1st time i used paypal to pay, this time I used my debit card and 2 days later my card number was used to pay someone's global wireless phone bill and redbubble was my last purchase with my card. So fraud department at my bank was calling me and I had to cancel my card. If I order again, I will use PayPal and I recommend everyone to do same.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
