Excellent Value and Service

From beginning to end this was such a great experience. I ordered the Color Swatch to match up with existing furniture. Came in just a few days! I found the color that was almost exact and same leather patterns and all. Ordered and it said about 10 to 11 days for shipping. 4 Days later it showed up and may have been some of the best packaging i have seen for this. All were in there own individual dust bags and then wrapped in plastic as well. In large cardboard boxes with plastic handles to make it easier for carrying. Not only did it match the swatch perfectly but was the easiest to assemble with no tools required. Took me about 15 minutes and done. What a beautiful set! I would highly recommend to everyone. Purchased (2) wall huggers, used 3-4 years, camped 2-3 weeks a year. Camper totally stored indoors except during use. Stored in TN. We are retired, no pets or children and spend most all our time outside the camper. Probably sat in these chairs no more than 100 times during the 3-4 year timeframe. I am very disappointed in the product, this was an expensive purchase, that I totally regret. Please be certain to read all reviews before making a decision.

Lazy boy make Wall hugger recliners and rocker recliners that will easily fit through a 24 inch wide camper door. The price of the recliners is less than camper Furniture options.

I am a very handy guy but when I purchase something as expensive as these seats and there are no directions on installation.There is one thing that comes to mind this is a piece of crap from CHINA.Yes after a few times I finally got it.The thing that makes me mad is my time is very valuable so I do not need to be spending extra hours on trial and error.

Cheaply made furniture

Record does not stand behind their cheap made furniture although it costs thousands to buy it falls apart easily and is not durable. Our couch cushions were replaced 3 times and they fell apart yet again and we have not had it 3 years yet

Recliner

Purchased recliner for RV and really liked it so bought same 1 for my living room. It's only been like close to 3 yrs and the leather is peeling on the back by shoulder plus center has sunk so quickly that I can't st straight in it. Really bothers back sitting off angle and make you slide to 1 side. Love the recliner that it's wallhugger and electric but can't recommend with the price to have to keep replacing.

I would highly recommend RecPro to anyone looking to replace shades in their RV. We replaced our cellular shades to the day/ night roller shades. The shades came packaged well and earlier than expected. We ordered one just to make sure quality was good and it was what we liked before replacing all our shades. RecPro did not disappoint! Quality was excellent and very happy we chose to go with them!

Just a note to say how disappointed I am with this sleeper sofa. Where as the mechanism and quality is good, the comfort level of the actual couch is extremly poor. The cushions of the couch are extremely hard and one cannot get comfortable to sit or relax.
Because of Covid I have been unable to get back to Florida until last week when I found this out. First they sent the wrong color couch but were very forthcoming about either a discount or returning the couch. Because of restrictions with Covid I had no option to return it so accepted the discount. So very very disappointed and uncomfortable. I cannot add proof of purchase as the link has now expired.

Bad
December 10, 2020

I ordered a tank with a fittings kit. Tank was 2+ wks past expected date. Order came incomplete- without fittings kit. Contacted Recpro about fittings kit & they said they'd let me know a tracking number when it was sent. One week later & still nothing. Emailed again & its been days & still no response.
So let me tell you, covid doesn't prevent you from answering emails or picking up the phone. It definitely doesn't take you out together & send incomplete orders.
Will probably never use this place again. I could get something from overseas faster than this crap

Bad quality

Bought a double theater seat recliner inov 2020 and in less than 6 months the left seat seam ripped out. Contacted recpro and they shipped a new seat. Now just 6 months past the warranty another seam ripped out and the entire recliner is showing premature wear. Contacted recpro and they can not help as it is passed the warranty period. The recliner was installed in our motorhome and has been used less than 40 days since the installation. We are of average hight and weight. Don't waste your money buy an Ashley brand.

I bought a 36" ceiling fan and when I wasn't paying attention my to my slides coming in it caught a blade and broke it. ( Yes I know) I emailed Recpro to see if I could buy a replacement blade. After a back and forth with order number and information they are sending me a complimentary replacement. I will buy all my rv needs from you. Thanks

Avoid! - RV Water Tanks

They will take your money and not deliver. It took over 8 weeks to receive and I was still missing a tank that I am having to argue about. Horrible customer service!

We spent over 2k for this furniture & one of the recliners again are peeling & so is the sofa

My father recently bought a rubber roof for his RV and it sat in the box for a week before he opened it and there were major creases in the rubber. He called customer service to explain the issue and they immediately told him that it was his fault and that there was a "disclaimer on the site at the very top saying that you had to take the rubber roof out of box as soon as possible". This interaction was one of the rudest interactions with customer service that I've ever heard. The "Disclaimer" is actually on the bottom of the page below the "pay now" promp on the screen. If you know exactly what you are looking for, why would you look below what you already need to do? After all said and done, she did not try to reconcile the issue at all and told him that he was basically screwed and on his own. This whole process leads me to believe that this company is not good and is only out to take peoples money without helping them. People make mistakes but when I heard this and did some research, this company should get shut down due to the fact that they are only out to take peoples money.

Poor Service

I don't know who owns this company, but someone should tell the owner that there are customer service problems. I am a new customer, and was initially excited about doing business with them, as they seemed to be a company "with its act together." I've found that not to be true, and when they make a mistake, customer service is powerless to satisfy the customer. I placed an order for a new freshwater tank and sensors. It took longer to get here than other places that offered tanks, but I figured I could live with that. But the tank arrived, and no sensors! And when I called customer service, all the lady did was give me an apology and say she would ship out but could not expedite. So now I wait another 7 days, WITH NO WATER! And I also called before ordering the tank and asked this specific question: are the three 3/8" fittings an external male thread fitting, for which I would need a female connector, or a female fitting? I was told positively they were male fittings as they "stuck out." NOT TRUE! This are female fittings, so all the connectors I bought are worthless. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY! The least they could have done was ship the sensors 3-day expedite, but no such luck. Let the buyer beware...

Bought one of their shower doors for a camper I am renovating. A couple problems - the width of my opening in the camper for the header piece and bottom were not the same (surprise). Unfortunately, I measured the base and cut them exactly the same length and found the top was about 3/8" too short. My bad, just have to order a replacement and cut another one. Called recpro and was told they do not sell parts - they sell only complete units and will request a replacement part from the manufacturer only if defective. Disappointed but said i had a defective part (wink, wink) thinking they would work with me on this. Wrong! I needed to send pics of the defective part. I still had the piece I cut off so i epoxied it back together again and recut. While looking at the instructions (a copy of a copy of a copy - barely legible) I noticed the manufacturer's name at the bottom - googled it and found it was recpro under another name - same phone, same city in Indiana. Long story but it seems like good customer service to make parts available to customers like me who need a replacement part for some reason. Implying that a third party had to be satisfied to get a part was deceptive. Telling a customer you have a policy of not sell replacement parts is more likely to upset a customer. I didn't ask or expect to get it free - expected to pay a hefty price for shipping a 24" piece of plastic. One of the curtain guides came off when I was sliding the curtain into the track, didn't bother calling them about that. It works but looks like a chimpanzee put it together. All things considered, I would buy two next time so I had extra parts if needed or buy a different design from someone else that might be more customer oriented. In their favor, the special order was correct and shipped earlier than expected.

I purchased 3 of the RV Air Conditioner 15K Quiet AC Unit with Heat Pump, Remote Control (SKU: RP-AC3800) for installaion on 3 different RV's, They all leak condensate on the Rv floor. They are a poor design. The temperature control on air condition is internal to the unit (very poor design). The cold air exiting the unit is recirculated thus the unit thinks it is colder in your RV than it actually is. I put the control on 73F at night and 60F in the day. During the day the compressor runs contineously and the best it will cool the RV is down to 76F with an outside temperture of 79F. Very unacceptable performance. Sometimes with the compressor running it will be colder outide than it in inside the RV. Don't waste your money! This unit does not work properly. Recpro order number *******
