I felt that there was quite a bit of missing information based - most important was a criminal offense was committed but there was really no information on it. Additionally a license plate for a car was given, but no information on registration

All I wanted was to get a birth date for someone. I purchased the $2.95 7 day trial. It did not have the birthdate on it. However, I could get the premium report for $15, so I did. It still didn't have the birthdate on it. That seemed like basic information that should not be difficult. So overall, my experience was very disappointing.
