She understands how what she says may not always sound in my ears the way she intended, and therefore went back and spelled things to make it all clear. That's what service is about. Most reps speak very fast and then are surprised when you say, "I don't understand what you said."
I've had more information available on other similar sites just from a Google search which was free.

Doesn't report ANYTHING. Literally you get a name and maybe a birthday. Court records and arrest records are inaccurate. You get everybody else's information other than the person you are looking for. Waste of money.

I was looking for documents I know exist but found nothing of what I was looking for - not even marital records for either my husband or myself... so I canceled right away. My "free" search showed a "result" for my search of the person i was looking for. When i paid my initial fee, the page then changed to say that no report is available for the person. Classic bait and switch, save your $6 and try another service.

The basic information from the license plate search was accurate. Information included the vehicle make, year and general information about the vehicle description and components. Is what was missing was the title registration and information relative to the vehicle owner. I asked for the additional information and was never contacted.

Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee.
