She was patient. We were investigating fraud. She patiently spelled out the names and emails of the fraudulent accounts.
She took the time to make sure I did not get lost. Great service. She understands how what she says may not always sound in my ears the way she intended, and therefore went back and spelled things to make it all clear. That's what service is about. Most reps speak very fast and then are surprised when you say, "I don't understand what you said."
