I loved the cover but unfortunately found out it wouldn't work, since I needed to see my gooseneck hitch with my camera. I called a customer service number, was transferred two or three times and finally got a representative who told me my order hadn't gone through because of lack of payment. My name was misspelled on the order and i assume that is the reason. The correction was made, order reprocessed with confirmation of payment.
