While my eight week program did not promise any results, nothing in their sales pitch led me to thing that I would get not one repeat not one lead. My bringing it to their attention fell on completely deaf ears

They promised me 15 appointments and then immediately asked for a 5 start review without providing any service. Red flag! After a few months they made zero progress towards any calls and could not provide me any information on them having actually done anything. My main point of contact shut his number off without telling me. When I got my credit card company involved they tried sending me a list of calls they were about to behind making. (2 months into the 6 month agreement) this list was not even in the zip codes I selected. In fact it was well over an hour away. Thank god I won the dispute and got my money back. 100% scam reviewed by a real customer. Do not use this service.

After a slow start to our campaign their leadership has reached out to me to help me fix the issues we've been experiencing. They at least took accountability for my concerns and consulted on a successful outcome we'd both benefit from. I hope this relationship works out and I have seen other that have had success with their service.

Kudos to this outstanding company! They truly know how to deliver exceptional service. The team was proactive, responsive, and demonstrated a deep understanding of my market dynamics. They worked tirelessly to find properties that checked all my boxes, ensuring a seamless experience. I highly recommend their services.

Plain and simple: I have been with this company for almost 2 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. When I went to write this review, I noticed a few bad ones on here. I'm not sure why that is but from my own experience, I can assume that these agents didn't have the proper expectations from this kind of service. I didn't close my first sale with them for a few months. It even took them a few weeks to get me the first warm lead. This is a PIPELINE builder. This isn't always about the fast money and anyone who's successful in this space knows that - real estate transactions, no matter how you go about it, take time. Period. So if you have old leads you aren't calling, hire them.

Not sure how they are getting any good reviews but I imagine they are not legit, they do a big sales job promising a bunch things and then once you pay and sign the dotted line, they completely disappear and do close to literally nothing, they respond to you the first one or two times when you try to re contact them, then after that you never hear from them again. I reversed the charge on my CC and they keep re charging it... again for ZERO services... a total scam, somebody needs to file a fraud charge against this company

Andrew Hendry is nothing but a con artist. He talks a good game about human connection but once he has your credit card you never hear from him again. He promises a team of lead generators that collaborate with you on generating listing leads but calls / emails and texts go unanswered. His so-called TEAM is non existent. He fabricates logs of bogus phone calls and his back end website is a sham that promises transparency interactive follow up is a static sham. I am a 22 year real estate veteran and fool foolish that I was duped *******@realqualified *******@andrewhendry

I went into this with very high hopes and at first they were good and I think they made calls on my behalf. Then my client dashboard went away, it never really worked as it was supposed to and I paid a LOT of money for the service. Then they started sending call logs, one week I only got 20 total calls, the audio of the calls is sent in their report and several people actually answered the phone but RQ caller didn't say anything. All of the calls were either marked Voice mail full OR wrong number and neither of those were actually the case. I could NOT recommend this company, they take your money and you don't get the service they promise. I am very disappointed in Real Qualified, they are not qualified!

BEWARE - I signed up after numerous calls - not one result! They take your money and deliver zero results! They talk the talk but deliver nothing - they called the wrong numbers in wrong areas - no one responds - you get a report that is worthless - better spend your money elsewhere!

RealQualified is a great ISA solution allowing us to concentrate on talking to more pre-qualified leads and not having to go through hundreds of people in our lead list and database. This allowed me and my sales team to be very productive.

I highly recommend working on the scripting for outreach and using them to do the top of the funnel prospecting and getting them to do the vetting for your database or top of the funnel leads.

Do not work with this company. Took a month for "onboarding". I put that in quotes because they don't have system. Cancelled the agreement, got charged for an additional month, and now I've been getting the "its been busy" excuse from Andrew Hendry, the CEO, regarding a refund. One excuse after another for 3 weeks now. $3k down the drain.

I don't usually post reviews, but the team at real qualified have worked so hard for me and I easily have 10X ROI from 4 closed deals, I have been in good communication with the team throughout the whole process and know how hard they work and first hand have got some great results so I wanted to set the record straight as it is unfair that people are calling them a scam when it it not true. Thankyou again and keep it up.

The worst bait and switch I've ever seen.
They "guarantee" listing appointments. After paying them thousands of dollars, this company has NOT produced a single listing lead.
This is THE worst led-Gen product I've ever tried, and I I've tried them all. Listening to the call logs they have sent me, they are deploying the same bait and switch tactics on prospects as they did on me.
They claim to be to be "Gold Standard" in appoinent setting. And that their mission is to increase "name recognition". Real Qualified uses the oldest most ineffective cold calling scripts out there and is far from today "gold standard" they claim to be. As for name reconginition, its probaly done more harm to my name than good.
I've been a licensed Realtor for 13 years, I'm a coach, team leader and owner of a proptech company helping agents actually close more deals.
They have not listened to any of my feedback on how to improve the calls. They miss pronounced my name for the first 3 months on the calls, gave me their worst caller, did not follow through on ANYTHING, or listen to my feedback to improve the calls. Ive still never heard from my "account rep", or the owner Andrew after he said he would make this right, AND they continue to have their sales people call me to sign up for their program even though I'm already a client!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

By phone told me my contract was for 6 months and if was happy I can renew or cancel of course I got 4 leads of I will sell for one Million. Now is time to renew and I dont want because they don't do their job and they told me I need to pay the year

Talked them into a 1-month trial as we have been burned in the past and this, unfortunately, turned out no different. The reports they give you are vague and delivered no prospects during our trial. Save your money and stick to calling your sphere, it will be much more beneficial.

Not one to usually write reviews, but RealQualified put a lot of work in for me calling and got me some great results, I was aware it was a bit of a gamble as it is sales and working a list but they did an amazing job and got me around 10 really strong prospects 3 of which are already under contract and the others are coming along nicely. Thank you for all your hard work, keep it up

If I could give them minus stars, I would. Stay away from this company! They take your money and give you nothing instead! Just empty promises! Their service is non-existent! Run as fast as you can...
