Another great experience with Real Authentication. This company is trustworthy and 100% accurate with their assessments. I am a long time luxury collector and business owner. They are the only company I will ever use to authenticate pieces. They completed my last authentication (a Chanel bag) in the 24 hour time period and I received the result on a Sunday and holiday! Many thanks for consistent outstanding service.

I am trying to sell a Fendi bag on Mercari and they are not able to authenticate it because they need me to post a picture of the "hologram sticker", which only bags made before 2011 have.
I reached out to Mercari support and they told me they use Real Authentication to authenticate items.
Looks like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I am beyond unhappy with the way they do business. Not only is there no phone number to contact them, but Mercari now requires you use them to authenticate your bags. I purchased a Louis Vuitton, authenticated by real authentication off of Mercari. It is a very recognizable bag, in bright blue. Six months later, I turn around to sell it, and I'm not required to have it authenticated again. So I pay the money and do so. The bag comes back as fake or, on identifiable. I did it a second time. Same thing. Well, it would seem that you owe me a bag then? Because it was authenticated the first time. The best part is I have zero doubt that this bag is authentic and I am no stranger to luxury purses. So basically, they told me it was fake when I know that it definitely is not. I've tried reaching out several times, and have no way of getting a hold of anyone. Classy service. Also, entrupy certified it in minutes. Everybody knows who has better standings in the market anyway.

So i have I paid extra for 12 hours turnaround service
15 hours after submitting the request the order is still in process,
Knowing that they were late, they could minimally inform in the chat or email,
But no one bothered to do this,
After 15 hours of waiting,
I tried to contact them in the chat and asked when the order would be ready,
And only after that I received my certificate,
But I still haven't received any answer in the chat nor any apology or recognition,
Just like I didn't receive an answer to my question and concerns on which I originally addressed my authentication,

Very unpleasant aftertaste, I also doubt how much you can trust their opinion after this kind of behaviour,
Customer service is terrible,
Completely ignoring the client's request,
Not matching the timing for which the client pays.
Also noticed that they flag every unwanted opinions of their clients on trustpilot,
I wish they would put the same effort for their customer service!

This "company" is the biggest joke. I've literally seen HUNDREDS of fraudulent COAs they've produced. Many for bags that are OBVIOUS fakes to people who only have minimal knowledge of the brand yet Real Authentication is claims to be "professionals". Just another fraudulent & false claim from them. How does a Coach bag with a serial number starting with "NT" get authenticated? No genuine Coach serial # would EVER have just 2 digits before the dash nor would it EVER start with the letter N. Bags starting with NT or TN are both OBVIOUS and COMICALLY KNOWN FAKES. Yet this garbage company, that clearly has no clue what they're doing, produces a COA!? I hope this BS company is not only removed but held liable for fraud. DONT EVER USE OR TRUST REAL AUTHENTICATION!

I purchased a wallet from the Prada boutique in Holt Renfrew on Bloor Street (Toronto, ON) in 2019. I sold this item to someone online and they paid to authenticate it through "Real Authentication", which made them pay $30 and told them it was fake. I purchased this item directly from the store for myself. If you can't recognize authentic items that we paid full price for in-store, how are you catching the real counterfeits?

This is the 2nd time they have rejected my authentication of a gucci handbag. After asking for the standard photos, they needed extra photos of a QR tag on the inside lining. There is none in my handbag and I even called the Gucci store I purchased it from to verify that I do not have one in my bag nor is there any in the bags they have on their floor or in stock. The QR tags were only implemented in the last year and my bag was purchased prior to the implementation of the QR tag. They suggested I write a note on a photo explaining the situation which I did and I also provided proof of purchase. I even took a photo of the serial number tag and the receipt showing the matching serial number. They rejected it twice continuing to ask for the QR tag. How can I provide you something that does not exist? There is absolutely no way to contact the company or speak to someone. They would not authenticate my handbag TWICE. So they have just taken my money twice with no explanation and honestly for no reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTHENTICATION.

I place a authentication order and I'm still waiting for their response. Is been more than 30 hours. I message them and I haven received any response.

I I brought my bag to the Chanel store in Venice where they confirmed the authenticity of the bag,
For me they have very bad service.
I sent them a certificate of authenticity they never replied shamefully

I am really excited using their services! Very easy and quick to get the certificate. It help me sell my luxury bag really quickly!

I have used Real Authentication as my authentication partner for 3 years. They are constantly improving the services and have one of the best designer authentication services on the market. A few authenticators are pretty good, but it depends on the few brands they do. It is a shame people are on here calling them names. I have had hundreds of orders, hardly ever an issue.

My go-to authenticator for everything I want to buy and sell. Unlike some other reputable services, there is no subscription required and I hate those email only services. RA has a nice client portal where I track all my orders. It is pretty easy to upload the images, but sometimes it's hard to get good photos to upload. That is only compliant, but the convenience of having it all online and reasonably fast makes up for it. That said, I don't think this is for everyone. It is more for people that want a service that can do many brands and is comfortable doing it 100% online using an app. I found their results to be consistent with other services and usually better.

Real Authentication is the most respected designer authenticator in my reseller groups. Some people gripe, but nothing is perfect. I have used them many times and feel like they are consistent. I am considering signing up for the business partner program.

I've seen so many fake Coach bags "authenticated" by this company that it's shameful. Perhaps they know other brands better but they should try getting actual professional experts when it comes to Coach. Hard to believe they have a 99.9% accuracy rate when I've seen dozens of inaccurately authenticated bags just this month alone. Tried contacting them personally to bring this to their attention but of course there's no contact option unless you're paying for their, um, services. Services I will never utilize. Just like most companies, greed & money seem to have taken presidency over quality & reliability. Shameful.

Over 4 years of business, I've always had an excellent experience with Real Authentication. The certifications helped me scale my business and avoid sourcing counterfeits. No company is perfect, but overall they are hands down the best service we use.

I had two bags checked out from them one was a favorite pm from lv and a men's ambler graphite crossbody bag also from lv one pre own (the ambler bag because I'm a guy and don't care about second hand) the other was purchased in a lv store so I decided to test both just to see if they could really tell the service was extremely fast I was expecting it to take awhile but it was a fast turn around both bags came back authentic and really made me feel a lot better since I got the ambler bag for a lot cheaper then expected roughly $900 with luxury tax
