Never ever used this company i brought a bag authenticated through them from mercari I tried recently reselling the bag through mercari which I did had to get authenticated through real authentication only to be told its not authentic how is that possible when you guys authenticated the bag its the same bag I will be going to small claims no way I got duped out of 1300 this is not a legit company shame on you

I I brought my bag to the Chanel store in Venice where they confirmed the authenticity of the bag,
For me they have very bad service.
I sent them a certificate of authenticity they never replied shamefully

I am really excited using their services! Very easy and quick to get the certificate. It help me sell my luxury bag really quickly!

So unhappy at the customer service, they do not take the time to truly review and take care to notice the details and concerns a customer has about the authenticity of a bag. I have told them with photos many times how the hardware was off and the font lettering was not correct as an authentic chanel. They also charged me twice. Their customer service is truly horrible. No reply no answering the phone its just a voicemail, they are shady! I feel really hurt at their service.

I am trying to sell a Fendi bag on Mercari and they are not able to authenticate it because they need me to post a picture of the "hologram sticker", which only bags made before 2011 have.
I reached out to Mercari support and they told me they use Real Authentication to authenticate items.
Looks like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I purchased a wallet from the Prada boutique in Holt Renfrew on Bloor Street (Toronto, ON) in 2019. I sold this item to someone online and they paid to authenticate it through "Real Authentication", which made them pay $30 and told them it was fake. I purchased this item directly from the store for myself. If you can't recognize authentic items that we paid full price for in-store, how are you catching the real counterfeits?

Purchased dionysus bag from retail store. Submitted photos for authentication just to see how accurate they are able to authenticate. Came back counterfeit... gosh i thought they are professionals

Real Authentication review my order so quickly that I never expected. The turnaround time was just 15 hours for the basic service! Very impressive!
After I bought this Chanel pre-loved bag, I found no information about this bag online for months. However, they stated that my bag is an authentic after examination. This shown how knowledgeable they are!

So i have I paid extra for 12 hours turnaround service
15 hours after submitting the request the order is still in process,
Knowing that they were late, they could minimally inform in the chat or email,
But no one bothered to do this,
After 15 hours of waiting,
I tried to contact them in the chat and asked when the order would be ready,
And only after that I received my certificate,
But I still haven't received any answer in the chat nor any apology or recognition,
Just like I didn't receive an answer to my question and concerns on which I originally addressed my authentication,

Very unpleasant aftertaste, I also doubt how much you can trust their opinion after this kind of behaviour,
Customer service is terrible,
Completely ignoring the client's request,
Not matching the timing for which the client pays.
Also noticed that they flag every unwanted opinions of their clients on trustpilot,
I wish they would put the same effort for their customer service!

I am beyond unhappy with the way they do business. Not only is there no phone number to contact them, but Mercari now requires you use them to authenticate your bags. I purchased a Louis Vuitton, authenticated by real authentication off of Mercari. It is a very recognizable bag, in bright blue. Six months later, I turn around to sell it, and I'm not required to have it authenticated again. So I pay the money and do so. The bag comes back as fake or, on identifiable. I did it a second time. Same thing. Well, it would seem that you owe me a bag then? Because it was authenticated the first time. The best part is I have zero doubt that this bag is authentic and I am no stranger to luxury purses. So basically, they told me it was fake when I know that it definitely is not. I've tried reaching out several times, and have no way of getting a hold of anyone. Classy service. Also, entrupy certified it in minutes. Everybody knows who has better standings in the market anyway.

Very happy with the quick assessment turnaround (less than 24 hours)! I bought my first Chanel through a popular Instagram consignment account. I asked Real Authentication to verify the bags authenticity. The double reviewers really gave me the peace of mind that I didn't just waste thousands of dollars. Although the Instagram consigner is supposed to be trustworthy according to many fashion bloggers and has 100% authenticity guarantee, I really appreciated the second opinion of Real Authentication.

I had the worst experience with this company. I had some questions about an authentication i ordered but they never got back to me. I tried contacting them via phone, email, facebook, instagram, etc.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

24 h guarantee is an urban legend... 30 h later and I'm still waiting. Will never use their service.

They helped me through the whole process - doing the assessment before making any payment and also authenticated the bag again once I've received the shipment. This "company" is the biggest joke. I've literally seen HUNDREDS of fraudulent COAs they've produced. Many for bags that are OBVIOUS fakes to people who only have minimal knowledge of the brand yet Real Authentication is claims to be "professionals". Just another fraudulent & false claim from them. How does a Coach bag with a serial number starting with "NT" get authenticated? No genuine Coach serial # would EVER have just 2 digits before the dash nor would it EVER start with the letter N. Bags starting with NT or TN are both OBVIOUS and COMICALLY KNOWN FAKES. Yet this garbage company, that clearly has no clue what they're doing, produces a COA!? I hope this BS company is not only removed but held liable for fraud. DONT EVER USE OR TRUST REAL AUTHENTICATION!

Over 4 years of business, I've always had an excellent experience with Real Authentication. The certifications helped me scale my business and avoid sourcing counterfeits. No company is perfect, but overall they are hands down the best service we use.

Please don't waste your money.
First before purchase I sent them the photo of A Chanel outfit 2020 that's still in stores. But they said the images where not clear enough and refunded my money. (I thought wow honest people) so I bought the item with the seller promising to accept return if any problems. After I received the coat I took it to my friend working at Chanel (very discreetly). So he checked the coat while I tried on the same one they have for sale in their store, he compared mine with the one they had together we looked from Seam to lining, tag, compositions to Stiches and everything. He confirmed that it was authentic. This was good news.
So I decided to buy another but this was a coat from 2018/2019 and no longer in stores. I sent them (Real authentication) photos from the seller and received almost an instant response "COUNTERFEIT". Well this was interesting and possibly right. So out of curiosity, I decided to send them the photo of my 2020 coat that was already authenticated. They waited 24hours and replied again "COUNTERFEIT" this people are just stealing your money. Don't go near them. They don't know what they are doing. Or maybe they are just programmed to give a negative report.

This is the 2nd time they have rejected my authentication of a gucci handbag. After asking for the standard photos, they needed extra photos of a QR tag on the inside lining. There is none in my handbag and I even called the Gucci store I purchased it from to verify that I do not have one in my bag nor is there any in the bags they have on their floor or in stock. The QR tags were only implemented in the last year and my bag was purchased prior to the implementation of the QR tag. They suggested I write a note on a photo explaining the situation which I did and I also provided proof of purchase. I even took a photo of the serial number tag and the receipt showing the matching serial number. They rejected it twice continuing to ask for the QR tag. How can I provide you something that does not exist? There is absolutely no way to contact the company or speak to someone. They would not authenticate my handbag TWICE. So they have just taken my money twice with no explanation and honestly for no reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTHENTICATION.

I love the fact that several companies take there word and descriptions about the handbags they review and authenticate. Their turnaround time was excellent, less then the 24 hour time frame given. I truly recommend their service.

So I had a buyer purchase an item from me through eBay and had it authenticated through real authentications and stated it was counterfeit. I purchased it from another verified seller and knew something was wrong. So I had verified the same
Bag thinking the buyer wasn't being truthful and sure enough it came back counterfeit. So I went directly to Dior to purchase a bag soley for the authentication process. Took pictures of it and sent it in. And my mouth dropped when they diagnosed it counterfeit! They stated that the stitching was wrong the font and sizing was wrong and material and quality wasn't of the stores standards! And best of all never responded to me regarding the issue after. They're a joke!

I had two bags checked out from them one was a favorite pm from lv and a men's ambler graphite crossbody bag also from lv one pre own (the ambler bag because I'm a guy and don't care about second hand) the other was purchased in a lv store so I decided to test both just to see if they could really tell the service was extremely fast I was expecting it to take awhile but it was a fast turn around both bags came back authentic and really made me feel a lot better since I got the ambler bag for a lot cheaper then expected roughly $900 with luxury tax
