So i have I paid extra for 12 hours turnaround service
15 hours after submitting the request the order is still in process,
Knowing that they were late, they could minimally inform in the chat or email,
But no one bothered to do this,
After 15 hours of waiting,
I tried to contact them in the chat and asked when the order would be ready,
And only after that I received my certificate,
But I still haven't received any answer in the chat nor any apology or recognition,
Just like I didn't receive an answer to my question and concerns on which I originally addressed my authentication,
Very unpleasant aftertaste, I also doubt how much you can trust their opinion after this kind of behaviour,
Customer service is terrible,
Completely ignoring the client's request,
Not matching the timing for which the client pays.
Also noticed that they flag every unwanted opinions of their clients on trustpilot,
I wish they would put the same effort for their customer service!
