Purchased dionysus bag from retail store. Submitted photos for authentication just to see how accurate they are able to authenticate. Came back counterfeit... gosh i thought they are professionals

Mistakes for expertise of Saint Laurent bags, then never had an answer, to my email, they just don't care..

So I had a buyer purchase an item from me through eBay and had it authenticated through real authentications and stated it was counterfeit. I purchased it from another verified seller and knew something was wrong. So I had verified the same
Bag thinking the buyer wasn't being truthful and sure enough it came back counterfeit. So I went directly to Dior to purchase a bag soley for the authentication process. Took pictures of it and sent it in. And my mouth dropped when they diagnosed it counterfeit! They stated that the stitching was wrong the font and sizing was wrong and material and quality wasn't of the stores standards! And best of all never responded to me regarding the issue after. They're a joke!

So unhappy at the customer service, they do not take the time to truly review and take care to notice the details and concerns a customer has about the authenticity of a bag. I have told them with photos many times how the hardware was off and the font lettering was not correct as an authentic chanel. They also charged me twice. Their customer service is truly horrible. No reply no answering the phone its just a voicemail, they are shady! I feel really hurt at their service.

I availed of their authentication service twice already and they never fail to amaze me in terms of fast feedback/turnaround and responsiveness. I availed their service prior to purchasing both bags on separate occasions. First was my Vintage Chanel in White(which i highly doubted it's authenticity due to low price) and second the Gucci Lady Web. As soon as the authentication came for Chanel, I purchased it right away (good thing it was still available bec the price is ridiculously low). For the Lady Web, sadly it was a counterfeit (been looking for that bag for a while now), but I'm still grateful to have saved $$$ for a fake bag. Big savings for both bags. Kudos to Real Authentication :) will definitely have all my bags checked by them prior to purchasing to save me time, money and heartaches

First before purchase I sent them the photo of A Chanel outfit 2020 that's still in stores. But they said the images where not clear enough and refunded my money. (I thought wow honest people) so I bought the item with the seller promising to accept return if any problems. After I received the coat I took it to my friend working at Chanel (very discreetly). So he checked the coat while I tried on the same one they have for sale in their store, he compared mine with the one they had together we looked from Seam to lining, tag, compositions to Stiches and everything. He confirmed that it was authentic. This was good news.
So I decided to buy another but this was a coat from 2018/2019 and no longer in stores. I sent them (Real authentication) photos from the seller and received almost an instant response "COUNTERFEIT". Well this was interesting and possibly right. So out of curiosity, I decided to send them the photo of my 2020 coat that was already authenticated. They waited 24hours and replied again "COUNTERFEIT" this people are just stealing your money. Don't go near them. They don't know what they are doing. Or maybe they are just programmed to give a negative report.
