When shipping to Canada via UPS you should give an option to prepay customs. It was an unexpected extra $50 I had to pay which made it such a price that I could have purchased for a lower price locally

I guess we are now spoiled and used to Amazon Prime shipping. That said having to wait up to 48 hrs for an item to ship is not acceptable in 2020. Raney's needs to speed up their shipping times or Amazon is going to eat their lunch.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
