I received the parts that I ordered on time and well packaged. However, the quality was very poor and I returned them. I contacted customer service about the cost of return shipping and was told I was expected to pay the cost of returning the parts; this was very irritating because had the product been a quality product, a return would not have been necessary. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with my first, and only, business transaction with Raneys.
At checkout was supposed to have free shipping, would not validate it at checkout. Tried a coupon code, didn't work either. After checkout everything was corrected and shipped as it was supposed to be, very happy with the way everything was handled.
The right items at the right price and on time. What more could I ask?
