I ordered a winter front grill for my semi, after about a week I got a email saying it was currently discontinued and that I could exchange it so I called and exchanged it being told it was shipping out the same day. Here it is a total of 3 weeks and I finallly got my product after having to call once a week to check on order, I wanted to cancel it but I've ordered from these guys before and I've never had a problem.
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
