Received the lighted mud flap hangers with several chrome plastic parts. Two light bezels were broken and there were six screws missing. I contacted them and they refused to replace the broken or missing parts. Weeks later they demanded pictures of the missing screws.

I ordered a tc200 truck seat from Raineys.com. They were helpful in finding if the seat would fit in the truck I drive. I liked the ease of use with the website. I found all of the information right there. Including seat height and width. It shipped fast. Product was in good condition when delivered.
You guys charged me for shipping yet I was stuck paying Fedex a shipping cost of $45.00 up on delivery. Whyyy if I paid you guys for shipping.thats double dipping.

Ordered several items from Raneys, 1 item did show up, but the rest of the order just didnt come, so I finally called them an they said they would check on it an let me know immediately but never did.Then I got an email from them stating that the headlights I ordered were on backorder, but I never ordered headlights! I ordered door latches, so now I have to call again an see what is going on! These people dont have a clue!

Purchased what I thought and was advertised a pair of headlight lenses. After I placed order I realized that the price was for one headlight lens. Called company to cancel order and was told that order was canceled and refunded to my card. Well next day I receive said order UPS and email conformation that order was delivered.
Called company and was informed that they supposedly called me back stating order was processed through manufacturer and they couldn't stop it. Now I have to pay $9 shipping to send it back to them. SCAM Artists!

The order came thru but was wrong shift knob had ordered a red pearl ball, i got a abstract wolfs head with a tophat. However the box was damaged, and the tophat on the wolfs head was broken. After a few emails i just gave up. Ill maybe get it somwhere else.

I have called in a few times looking for some odd requests. It may take us a minute or two to get there but i always get what I need if it is still available somewhere in the us.

Called to verify they had a bumper I need in stock. Agent told me yes they have 1 in stocks in the warehouse. Placed the order. Agent told me it would ship 5 to 10 business days. 10 days passed did not recieve shipment confirmation. Called back customer care # they told me 5 to 10 weeks. So called back the Agent I made the order with. She contacted I guess valley chrome the vendor who told her 5 to 7 business days. On 8th day I contacted Agent again because I did not get a confirmation and I wanted to cancel the order she said okay she will cancel order. That very same evening I recieved confirmation order is shipped. I recieved a tracking# I tried tracking package and it shows at xpo warehouse for the past 7 days. This is order made on 10/27/23 and it is 11/30/23 and I paid $200+ for shipping. In 2023 and service is this bad
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
