Raney's Truck Parts

My rating would have been 5 star, I love Raney's there are so many things I want to order, bigger things like drop down visor, bumper, tail light panels. But I order small things and twice now they sent the wrong part. They need to pay more attention to orders.

The experience was great for the most part. Everything arrived much quicker than expected. My compressor had damage but didn't affect operation any. (I had to bend the mounting flange back to seal the chamber but was not an issue for me) I chose to repair myself rather than go thru the return process. All in all a good deal compared to other air horn sites.

Received partial shipment still waiting for late shipment

Wanted a replacement set of Blue Tiger Bluetooth Headphones, couldn't find em in any of the truck stops and sets were upwards of $300….
Got mine from Raney's for $119….👍🏼

Misinformation about fitment. This will NOT fit any 1/2x13 adaptor as stated. After contacting the manufacturer I learned that these knobs will ONLY fit the Rear Wheels adaptors which cost another 100 dollars. The knob is high quality but it is only part of what is needed to work. Raney's needs to update their product information. Please remove me from future emails and texts.

Shipment arrived on time and in good condition! Order was accurate too.

Ordering was fine, delivery was fine, customer service was non existent. I emailed twice to ask about an update on my order being shipped and never received a response. I did however keep getting advertising emails every other day however, just nothing useful. That gets annoying.

Ordered these air cleaner cowls and they are a perfect fit. Only thing is they don't come with the plastic guides for the hood but overall a great product!

Refused to pay brokerage and extra fees by the shipping company they use ( hidden fees almost equalling the product and I purchased) then they kept what I ordered and offered me a refund of. 69 cents on a 50 dollar part. I will never deal with this company ever again

Order was fine, product received in perfect condition. Required modification, not sure if that was due to something on our truck(2000 Peterbilt 379 w/ a C-15) or just a bad design in general. Either way, it didn't clear the power steering reservoir, so we had to cut and re-weld after changing the angle. We are pleased with the product itself, just not the initial fitment.

Other than I was a little disappointed that the bracket supporting the door underneath has no paint on it! I'm sure it won't be long before that starts rusting. There's no reason why it can't come painted.

I waited a week for a sun visor when it came it was all bent up called custer service took a week for them to figure out what to do been another week waiting on another one i would never recommond this place to anyone customer service is awful to deal with they wont call you back or answer the phone iv spent several thousand dollars here but ill never spend another dime here again

I ordered a "black" grill guard. They sent chrome which arrived in a box that had been shredded. The mounts arrived UPS the guard was shipped through Holland trucking. I had to pay extra for shipping to have it delivered and then Holland couldn't arrive at the destination requiring me to meet the driver to get my shipment. This company is pathetic! I will never use them again and I would recommend that no one else use them.

Always easy to order and ships quick. If there's a problem they are quick to respond and make things right. If only the freight guys that deliver my orders were as reliable

My ignition switch was the wrong part. Its not a pronged plug in. It has to be wired
