Very long delay from using the service until the check is received, and wonder if many are never received.

I enjoy going shopping my favorite stores and getting cash back for doing so! Who doesn't Love Cash Back!

Had questions regarding tell a friend and got a response right away and was explained how it works :)

When I order from various sites, my cash back is always registered in my account in a timely manner.

Don't shop online without going through Ebates. It brings you right to the websites you want to shop and you get a check every three months!

I asked a question and it was answered in just hours. In a very pleasant and courteous manner I might add. Man they were ON it!

I prefer to use Rakuten over most other cash back apps because I know how well is works and it is quick at adding cash back to my account.

I was missing credit for my purchase. It was easy to submit my request to ebates and they credited my account within an hour! Who could ask for more?

I love ebates! I only wish i had more money to spend through the site. The customer service response was quick and exactly what I needed.

This site is so easy to use. There is a great selection of sites to use. I love getting money back on things I am planning on buying anyway.

The percentages back need to be better. Over the years many retailers have left. The amount back barely covers the sales tax on item or shipping.
