Ebates - not only have they saved me a bunch of money over the years that I've been a member, both with cash back and coupons, but their customer service is outstanding! I've never had a bad experience with them. Most recently, Keisha kicked butt in taken care of my many requests for cash back that the stores did not inform them of. I greatly appreciate Ebates, and recommend them to everyone I can!

First off, I wished I had read some of these reviews before placing a order on Rakuten. Apparently, Rakuten has all-around bad customer service and items might not come in good condition or become delayed indefinitely. Even worse, in the mid to late 2013s, various customers reported credit card fraud after entering their credit card information into Rakuten. Various purchases were made in various locations without their knowledge!
From my personal experience, the site leaves little to be admired. I attempted to order an item but after entering my card's information and proceeding to checkout, Rakuten hits me with "Sorry, you cannot continue shopping due to the system error. Please go back to Shopping Cart and order item again." I went to order my item again. Again, I got "Sorry, you cannot continue shopping due to the system error. Please go back to Shopping Cart and order item again." At this point, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and gave up on ordering any more.
Later, I found the order history page and realized it showed 2 orders of the same item. Huh? Didn't my orders fail due to some system error? Somehow, I might've order duplicates of an item simply because of Rakuten's supposed "system error".
Though miffed, I decided to take this as a lesson learnt. Always look at the reviews of an online platform before making a purchase. I just hope for all our sakes, that Rakuten has cease the credit card frauds of past incidents.
This is one of the best cash back site with excellent support.
I would also like to say how much I love shopping through Ebates. Nice to shop online and get cash back.
I had an issue with my account not adding up with my Google Chrome extension. I emailed customer support and they too care of the problem in a few days. Now, everything is up and running as it should be. This is the type of service you should get any and everywhere!

I had quite a few transactions that didn't register cash back and emailed customer service. Not only did they give me cash back for those purchases, they even gave me cash back for transactions that wouldn't have applied originally. It was a very quick and easy process just through a couple of email exchanges. I am very pleased with Ebates and their customer service.
Malaysian Rakuten is just like Russian USBARGAINONLINE! The are both crooked retail internet sites that take your money and run! Since both of the sites are based off shore they know that once they run your credit card their is NO WAY to get your money back. None of the credit card companies will help either because left the USA to do business. That is why terrorist groups place fake police equipment orders in the thousands of dollars with stolen credit card numbers(Usually Unknowing and Honest Tourists) and steal the product while the vendor gets Zero! So read many different reviews from different sites before you do business with an off shore company! Stay Safe and Shop Smart and remember they think of you as the GREEDY STUPID AMERICAN INFIDEL MORON!
I had a recent shopping experience where I had already received my shipment of product ordered, however my ebates cash earned wasn't showing up.(first time EVER, and I've been with ebates for 4+ years at least! I thought, "great! A glitch, I won't see that cash back now" but I was certain I had signed in thru ebates, so with one short email to ebates, and víola! I got a immediate, & reassuring response that, though they hadn't heard from shopping said shopping site, they weren't going to make me wait any longer for my earned cash. So, Within a few minutes, my cashback was listed on my ebates account. Just that quick, and hassle free. Thank you ebates, for the incentive to shop thru your site, I always find the best stores, coupons, double cash back, the list goes on... it certainly has put some extra cash in my wallet, and I am excited to ALWAYS do ALL of my shopping thru ebates. I LOVE MY BIG FAT EBATES CHECKS!

Ordered a new cell phone for my wife's birthday gift. 4 day past without receive shipping notice. Check the status, it indicated as "cancelled". But they don't even bother to notify me it was cancelled.
Asked customer service, the response - "Your order was cancelled by our system automatically for issues relating to the information on your order. This can be for a variety of reasons, from the improper inputting of a verifiable address to not having your billing information match up to the information recorded with your financial institution."
I do have a screen print of my order input. Nothing wrong include credit card number. The true reason? $10 increase of the phone happened that day after I put the order.
What I ask is to send your customer a cancel notice. If you are too ashamed to send the notice, your conscious tell you something wrong of your business handling.
Ebates replied to my inquiry almost immediately, and the representative was super helpful.
I accidentally purchased my order from ATG Store without logging

I have been in the middle of traveling and moving and missed out on a check, which they kindly voided it and sent a new one out. The representative (Jason) was very cordial, quick when responding and took care of my problem with no hassle what so ever!
Brianna in customer service went "above and beyond" the call of duty in a recent problem. It was during the Ebates Birthday celebration where 250+ stores offered 15% bonus cash back. I ordered within the time frame BUT the unpleasant surprise for me came when I opened my shopping trip and found out my store WAS NO LONGER offering the 15%! Brianna's research told me that the stores DO NOT have to participate the entire birthday week and can pull out at any time. She was instrumental in having a $50 valued member bonus credited to my account for the misunderstanding. This was such a great thing to do; my order was over $700 and only getting 5% instead of the 15% cost me a lot of money. The member bonus certainly helped to make up some of the cash I lost. I have dealt with Brianna in the past and she has always been cheerful, willing to help and "go the extra mile". She understands the true meaning of "customer service."
