I reside in US and was having hard time putting through my Rakhi orders because it kept getting rejected by my Credit Card Company or fraud restrictions on the site. I contacted Rakhibazaar support and they responded right away by giving me secure links to pay but that did not work either. Then i tried to contact them via Whatapp and a very nice and helpful gentleman named Ritesh Tripathi replied and helped me. I had to put total seven order out that 3 already went thur online but rest 4 Riteshji helped me big time putting them through. He suggested me to add all shipping infor on Whatsapp and go to the site and make one payment for all 4 orders verses 7 different payments and orders that would have to do on the site…I copied and pasted all addresses on Whatsapp and made one time payment which went through at that point with the help from Riteshji. And all the packages were shipped and received in next 3 days at different address by due sate which was today. Rakhibazaar gave me toi many options and helped me above and beyond to make sure my orders get through and re received on time. The bestest customer service experience ever. Riteshji was very kind, courteous and helpful and even though our timings did not match, he answered all my questions and helped me through out. I am very happy with Rakhibazaar's support service. Hi everyone, I used this service for delivering rakhi to my brother. It was a time ly delivery but nothing was as shown in the picture. Rakhi was different than what is shown and the basket of chocolate was completely scratched and broken. This is not what was expected when you charge so much. I paid 500 rs for a 20 rs Rakhi and 10 ruppee roli chawal and a broken basket. This is not good.

Please never go with Rakhi bazaar or Ferns and Petals of which they are a part of. I had a an extremely poor experience with these amateur guts. On 27 Aug 2023, I booked a Rakhi and Sweets to be delivered in Dubai on 28 August 2023. Nothing delivered on 28 Aug. Despite several calls and WhatsApp message follow ups with their Support team, they were very slow in responding. No delivery done on 29 Aug. On 30 Aug afternoon the delivery is done but Support team could not confirm it. I had to call my relatives to confirm. Shockingly, they deliver a broken rakhi. I sent the pic of broken rakhi to their support team, as expected, no response till now, no refund. What a poor show
