I ordered 2 rakhi sets - one for my brother and bhabhi in Dubai and one for my brother and bhabhi in India. Both orders delivered wrong. And absolutely no sense of ownership what so ever. Pathetic and Horrible. Will never use this website again and will never recommend it for sure. Also we do not like any Idols on Rakhis and I make sure not to chose it. So had a peacock thing going this year for my brothers and they sent one with a Mata / Devi on a Lumba for Dubai. This is disrespectful to our sentiments and definitelt unacceptable.
Rakhi not delivered in time. When called at customer service false information given. Fraud company. Don't trust and buy from it.
I ordered rakhi online from them as I stay in Canada and my brother stays in India. I ordered one month in advance and they failed to deliver. Horrible service, on top of that they do not reply to emails and they did not refund my money. Its a scam guys bevare!

I ordered an Rakhi to be delivered to Singapore on the behalf of my wife from Sydney. These guys first chase up for payment when they find an undecided customer and then for about a week no communication or updates. Today, when the Rakshi was not delivered till evening - I called up their service desk number which is not answered. Then traced up the courier company TCCS who confirm that the parcel is at Singapore Immigration for the last 2 days and did not bother to either followup or send an update. Now it cannot be delivered before next week after the actual "Rakhashabandhan" occasion.
These guys do not value the importance of the occasion and call themselves "RakhiBazzar.com"
I will never ever use this website and also post it on my FB / Twitter / Watsapp group so that others are not cheated in this fashion.
Hi everyone, I used this service for delivering rakhi to my brother. It was a time ly delivery but nothing was as shown in the picture. Rakhi was different than what is shown and the basket of chocolate was completely scratched and broken. This is not what was expected when you charge so much. I paid 500 rs for a 20 rs Rakhi and 10 ruppee roli chawal and a broken basket. This is not good.

Booked the rakhi and dry fruits (200 g m each kaju, badam and son papadi)for the rakhi costing rs 1599 and these people has delivered only rakhi and sonpapdi.
This is really cheating. I want my complete refund and will never use your service again
