Please DO NOT buy rakhi from this website.
The worst-bad-fake service.
The pictures of rakhi & gift hamper they are showing on website are fully fake (don't know from where did they steal to show us). The actual rakhi & gift are totally different then pictures. They said silver rakhi & cheated me by providing PLASTIC rakhi (No metal at all). Yes you read it right, plastic rakhi in place of silver metal. The design was not even similar as the pictures (Actually I understand now as it would be hard for you to give same shape and design on plastic)
To all, who are reading this review and will still buy rakhi next year from this website, will be writing bad reviews here next year same like me.
I wanted not to select any star as you don't deserve even single. But my bad luck have to give you at least one to aware other people. So please don't consider it for your website. It's for people who will read this review and will not buy anything from you.

I lost money and also missed sending rakhi to my brother this year

I ordered a Rakhi Gift hamper with extra Rakhi worth Rs. 1000 and the what I was delivered was a single Rakhi and two Dairy milk choclates wrapped in the Bill, which describes the details of what was actually ordered.
When called the number given on the visiting card with delivery, the guy uses Abusive language.
An open Fraud.

First of all thanks rakhibazaar. Hello everyone I have ordered a rakhi before 2 month raksha bandhan celebration this year and got Timely delivery with good quality.

All they have is a nice website, which looks authentic. They have listed down expensive gift hampers that will make you think this website must be authentic but it is not. They dont deliver items and nobody picks up their customer care number. When i ordered rakhi hamper for my brother, i waited for it to be delivered. When it did not get delivered, then i thought of tracking the order. Order tracking shows parcel is already delivered but my brother did not get it. Neither did he get any calls about the parcel. I could not reach anyone from customer care as nobody picks up the phone. I have finally ordered again from amazon and hoping it will reach in time.
