They do not send what is advertised. I have emailed for refund. I bought 5 Rakhis, 4Metal Bracelet Rakhis and 1 spiderman for child. Instead they sent me cheap thread versions that are so much cheaper than what i ordered and a minion rakhi instead of Spiderman

This website is pure fraudulent. Read all the recent reviews (I wish I did that before ordering).
Disappointed and Dissatisfied is an understatement. Was supposed to deliver a day before Rakshabandhan and have not delivered even after Rakshabandhan is over. Now they won't answer calls, response to emails or reply on Facebook messenger. Order tracking doesn't work. Worst experience ever.
I have order rakhi and my order#RB**************. It never delivered and Rakhi bazar phone number never works. My advice don't order from www.rakhibazaar.com.

Order rakhi and never received. Dont waste your money on this scam. Useless and worst site ever. Very unhappy with this website. They are just making money at the name of sending rakhi's so that they can attract innocent people
I do not recommend! The rakhi I ordered was meant to come with a silver coin (as advertised) which it did not. The message I wrote was not what was delivered with the rakhi. They put a totally different message. My name was not put on their message - so the receiver had no idea whom sent it. I did write to the company but have received no response what so ever. Terrible terrible company. I definitely will not be using them in future and will not be recommending the company to anyone either.
You charge money for express service and after 4 days yet my rakhi is not received.
Secondly i had sent my rakhi to Indore and status displaying for Jabalpur.
I am really happy with Rakhi Bazaar customer support specially Sonia. She helping me a lot to buy perfect Rakhi for my budget.

I recently ordered from RakshiBazzar a couple of rakhis and a packet of sweets. Not only these guys messed up the occassion but delivered a rotten packet of sweets. My relatives were careful enough to realise and throw it away (they are expecting a baby soon) but for anyone else it could have been fatal. That too after 2000 INR. ITS BETTER YOU DON'T SEND SOMETHING and WISH THEM THAN ORDERING FROM THIS BUNCH OF CRIMINALS...
Till date my rakhi no reached to my brother's address though while buying it was showing delivery on next day. I thought they will pick up on rakhi from same city of delivery, so that they can deliver it on time. But no after making payment i came to know that it was beingh shipped from delhi and that to through blue dart courier. Which already having a bad service review. Too pathetic...
