I needed a refund and the operator was beyond hellful. I have used this app for a long time and will continue ro do do!
Enter Promotion code: cdavis65 to get 5$ and I earn 5$ it is a win win. I sold my gift card within 3 minutes after I posted the gift card.
I received one ecard that had no balance, one physical card that had no balance and a
Starbucks-gift-card that was never sent. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
Couldn't ask for better 800 operator. They answered every question swiftly and remedied my concern immediately. Great company.
Operating problem that can sometimes arise. Mine was quickly solved by Finn, and I'm back "on happy" with Raise.

Love it. Took care of my concern, very helpful, and compassionate people at customer service. Will use Raise more often in future. R*******
I happened to purchase a $200 eGift certificate for the Olive Garden restaurant from Raise.com. Before attempting to use it I checked its balance and learned it was $0.00. I called the parent company Darden and learned the card had been cancelled by their corporate office ten days after it was issued because it was a fraudulent transaction. Because it was now over 100 days, they said there was nothing they could do. I protested and they said they would reimburse me $25 and that I could take $5.00 off a future purchase of $50.00 or more. I said they could keep their generous offer as I planned to spend my time sharing my experience with others. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I have been using raise for a very long time. Spent a lot of money with this $#*!ty company.
Recently, for the first time, I had a problem with one of the two Groupon gifts card I bought. When I went to redeem the gift cards one worked and one didn't. I reported it and a unprofessional agent "Louis" ask me for proof, they wanted a screenshot of stating the gift card is invalid showing the gift card number. Which I did and he claims that that's not how you redeem the gift card. It really doesn't matters how I redeem the gift card. As long as I am redeeming it on the actual website and not from a 3rd party website. Plus, I understand if I was redeeming one gift card, but i was redeeming two gift cards and one worked just fine the way I was redeeming it.
I told him that he was wrong and get his facts right before giving me the wrong answer. Took over 3 days. Nothing was solved. I had to email over 5 times for him respond back twice. Very unprofessional, unorangized, and uneducated. I believed he did not want to admit the fact he was wrong and kept saying he can't refund me. BS gave them proof. He needs to suck up his ego and admit he was wrong. I even mention their 1-year fake $#*! guarantees. No standard what so ever about their policy. FAKE ADVICEMENT
I called customer service, the lady kept putting me on hold. I ask for a manager she came back on the phone with no manger and try to offer me $5 Raise cash for the inconvenience. $5 freaking dollar?!?! For a $48 purchase.
How sweet. How about I give you a penny and you guys give me a $100 gift card? Sound fair right!
At this point. No one can come up with a solution at Raise so I just reported to my credit card company that the charge was a fraud.
WILL NEVER USE RAISE AGAIN. They don't care about their loyal customers that been with them many many years. Spending hundreds of dollars.
I want everyone to know and be aware when using Raise. You might get lucky but when that one bad gift card you get, you might not get your money back.!
They take mi card and never payme back! Was a $50 gift card, and still waiting for payment! This's a scam for seller, don't sell your card herre
Natu Myers is a scam artist and so out of his depth it is worrying. He has not created a bank, is not a registered EMD and he has a bad reputation.
Went above and beyond to help me look for a needle in a haystack... will use again! Love this site!
My account is frozen
And I haven't received money yet because I sold card on the raise app I need help and get my money
SCAM SITE!
This site sells gift cards purchased by stolen credit cards and once merchants find out they suspend those gift cards!
We had an issue with a card we purchased and Raise took care of it promptly.
Highly recommended!
Thank you for following up and keeping me informed while you fixed the issues with my account.
Bernie was extremely pleasant aND FRIENDLY. HELPED CORRECT PROBLEM QUICKLY. WAS VERY APOLOGETIC FOR MY INCONVENIENCE.
I purchased a $100 egift card on December 9,2015 for $79.90. I attempted to use it June 28,2016. I was told it had been deactivated by the Olive Garden Corporate Office February 11,2016 because of nonpayment. When I spoke with Liam and Cooper at Raise all they were willing to do is issue a $15 credit to my Raise account. They stated it was outside of the 100 day refund policy period. Yes, when I noticed the card had been deactivated it was well beyond the 100 days but my complaint, other then being scammed, is that the card was deactivated within the 100 day time frame. It was also stated that the person who they purchased the gift card from had the ability to still use the gift card since they retain the card and/or number. They also said they checked the balance on two different occasions but I am beginning to wonder if that it the case seeing the opposition I am receiving trying to get reimbursed for the amount I paid. It would seem to me that they would have a system in place to prevent the gift card/ number from being used after they purchased it from the seller. A company who was not trying to scam people would do whatever it took, within reason, to make their customers happy. I asked to speak with Coopers supervisor and was told that he was the only person I could speak to. He does not have a supervisor? I can't believe it would be worth losing a customer and potential customers over $79.90, but I suppose they think it is. Of course I am upset about the money I lost but what upsets me the most is how a company can act so blase when a customer has trusted them to sell them a product/service and it turns out not to be legitimate. If my credit card had canceled the order for whatever reason and I had received their product but not had paid them that would not be accepetable!
The issue was resolved in the most time-effective way. Thank you for saving my time!
GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND SUPPORT.
I AM A BIG BIG RETURN CUSTOMER. VERY HAPPY MAN WITH RAISE.
Answer: I had a problem with the lowes gift cards i purchased from Raise as they did not work at lowes. It took upwards of 10 calls and over 3 months before I received my over $700 back. I will never buy anything on Raise again
Answer: People should unite and file a class action lawsuit against these guys, any attorneys reading this?
Answer: You check the balance on the business' website. For instance, if you have a McDonald's gift card, go to McDonald's website to check the card balance.
Answer: The usual issue is that someone will buy a gift card with a stolen credit card and then sell it to Raise (or others) for cash. Usually within 100 days the gift card issuer will find out when they have been charged back for the stolen card purchase, at which point they invalidate the card and zero the balance. Raise.com will refund you the unused balance on the card prior to it being zeroed out, but only within 60 days of your order. Their short protection policy limits their exposure if a high value card is invalidated and you come looking for a refund three months after you bought it. Every gift card reseller has a different policy for refunds. Some are as short as a few weeks, others last 100 days or more. Raise.com's 60 day policy is shorter than many of their competitors, which is why I don't use them much anymore. The lessons I have learned is only order cards you will use entirely within the next month, never gift them to others, and keep a spreadsheet if you order a lot of cards so you can keep track of balances. In all, I've had about 3% of the 200 cards I've ordered suddenly zeroed out. The majority were for improbably large amounts, which is why I now try and order lower value cards. One site suddenly listed 10 $100 gift cards for Jimmy Johns, a sub shop. One has to wonder who would order gift cards like this in the first place, only to put up for resale. It turned out the original buyer used a stolen credit card to buy them all and turned the proceeds into cash. The cards were all zeroed out. I have learned to be suspicious when a large number of high $ value cards in the same amount suddenly go up for sale. So while it may make sense to buy a $100 gift card for Sears, it usually isn't to buy a $100 gift card for Dunkin Donuts.
