I was researching this product for some time before I actually bought it seen a couple other different sites that had the same item but it just wasn't the same so I decided on ordering it on rage on I ordered the item in the middle grade quality all over print it came to me in a decent time the quality of the product was exactly what I expected for for the middle grade quality the only downfall that I had was with shipping when I placed my order everything went through and it said that it takes about 10 days for the item to be made because they had make all their items to order so I automatically knew that it was going to take some time for it to be made and for it to be letting me know that it was shipped out I never got any confirmation letting me know that the item was shipped already that it was about to be shipped or no tracking number with my item so I could not track my item so it came to me on a random day that I wasn't even expecting to be here like I wasn't expecting to get anything in the mail that day so that's the only thing the only downfall that I say

OMG I SPENT $200 ORDERED DEC. 2 FOR HAUNIKAH AFTER TONS OF COPLAINTS MY SON Trav Hayden FINELY GOT IT. I ORDERED 2X SO IT WOULD BE LOOSE. THEY COULDNT PRINT ONE. IT WAS MAID OF THIS STRANGE ACRLIC MATERIAL THROW BACK FROM THE 70'S AND THE HOODIE AND TEE SHIRT WERE SKIN TIGHT! LIKE ASIAN SIZE! LIKE ALMOST 3 MONTHS. I PAIED FOR EXPIDITED SHIPING WITH TRACKING WHICH WAS NOT USED! OMG THEY SUCK BIG FAT SLIMY TOADS!

I was looking to get some t-shirts for a bachelorette party and after reading all of the Production/Shipping timelines, I placed two separate orders WELL in advance of when I would need them. The first order was placed on 3/26 and the second was placed on 4/3.

As of today, MAY 1ST, I have received neither order.

I reached out to Customer Service via email (don't try to call them because it automatically goes to a pre-recorded voicemail that states they don't answer the phone) on 4/23. The CS rep responded saying that he had to check with the Production team on the status of the orders. On 4/24, he replied giving me a tracking number for my first number (ok, great it says delivery by 4/30) and then continued to dodge and evade, telling me he had not heard back from Production on the second order.

For the following week, after several daily back and forth emails with the CS rep, I continued to get the same response that he was "checking and waiting to hear back from Production."

On 4/30, I finally gave up and said that it appears that my second order was never sent to Production and at this point I would just like a full refund. Interestingly enough, I received a response almost immediately telling me to expect a full refund on the second order in 2-4 business days.

Here I thought the saga with this terrible company was over; however, when I went to check on my first order, I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered as of 4/30. However, it was delivered to a mailbox in Philadelphia, PA. My order was to New York, NY. I'm inclined to believe that the first order was never sent to Production either and I was given someone else's tracking number.

Conclusion: Go some where else. It'll be less of a headache.

The thing that pissed me off so much is I'm being hit with emails saying get order in by this date to have before Christmas. That was the week of December the 6th. I submitted my order on the 6th and still have yet to get my order. On top of that I traveled for the holidays to another state so I had them ship to my mothers address trusting it would get to me before Christmas like they said. Yeah still hasn't arrived I'm back in my state I'm living still waiting on the order to arrive to my mothers to ship to me only to ship it out to the respected recipients of the gifts. Then dealing with them in customer service they were a head ache also. They have no live line. Makes sense they'd probably be ringing off the hook with pissed off customers. And the products come from Warsaw, Poland. I hope I didn't order stuff made in a sweat shop. The only thing they did me right was comping my order for me after all the $#*!ing I did because I feel it was extremely wrong for them to market that orders placed by a certain date would arrive before Christmas when I was later alerted once my order has shipped it could take 7-15 days to get through customs. Yeah if I would have been told that before placing the order I never would have wasted my time in early December getting 4 gifts from them for friends and family. And they are a joke when I placed that order I got an email thanking me for the order since it was my first order which it wasn't they gave me a 20% off on my next purchase. Yeah they do not have their $#*! together. They are all about the money and don't care about the consumer at all. So with this review I doubt I'll get the 25% discount but I really don't care. I'm just trying to forewarn any potential future customer to be mindful of a month plus wait time on getting the order. Ha too funny i had to check a box to certify they hadn't offered any incientives well that's a lie they did and they probably wish they didn't.
