I called to get off their site. I've emailed. They makes it impossible to be removed. I am not a business and prove "no service" so why would they need my information? I do not wish to have people randomly off the street have the opportunity to find out my personal information. You do not have my permission!
Radaris has posted a public photo of me link with there website. I googled my name and my photo pops up. I gave nobody permission to link my face with my name on this website. I find to very dangerous and possible harmful for me. Trying to find a way to have them remove it.
Introduce fear to make you think they have something on you then sells your private inaccurate information. If you are now angry and confuse then they sell you another thing for you to think that they can fix the problem they created on the first place.
Hello,

They have my deceased sister in law on my profile I'm Jane and she is Janette. They report us as the same person I wrote them and they told me to contact public records where the info comes from. I told them to contact public records as death certificates are public and they had done an incomplete job Next thing I know my radaris account password has been changed and I am locked out of my account for the first time ever. Now I am receiving yahoo emails to my inbox addressed to real people with real home addresses. Sierra Club keeps sending me mail for Paula Swenson and when I reset the Sierra account password to access it there is all Paula's personal info with my yahoo email address as hers. Good thing I'm not a serial killer!
The report i ask for had nothing i needed about the person in question, i know more about this person than i was able to get from this site, this is not a good person, they show no evidence of that he has stolen 60,000 that i personally know about, they show nothing more than a speeding ticket!
Hi Carol,
I'm sorry you didn't get what you were looking for. Can we help you find a more accurate report - free of charge?

I checked myself... several variations of my name I have never heard of... several relatives I have yet to meet. I've lived in places I don't remember. They are apparently paid to create names and addresses. Obviously they use a telephone directory and a road map to concoct their information.
Hi Faye,
I'm very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience searching for the infomration you needed.
We know there are cases of names that get information mixed with other, similar names.
We do our best to organize this information properly, but with many millions of records and new updates each day, it is impossible for the data to be 100% accurate.
If you have any suggestions, or would like help finding specific information, we would be happy to help.
Best regards,
Radaris customer service
They won't remove my contact information even though they are the only site that posts it. Would people be interested in boycotting them and people who allow them to advertise? Would people be interested in suing them? I hear that they have their servers outside the U.S. to get around the laws.
For quite awhile now, I've been calling and writing numerous e-mails to Radaris to request a removal of my personal information from their website. My calls were never answered. I received a reply once from customer service saying to use their automatic removal feature or to fax them the information to be removed. Their removal feature only removes partial information. The information I faxed or e-mail them was never removed, instead it was added on to the profile. I feel this company is a fraud and scam. Their opt-out is just a scam to try to get people's information to verify the information.
This site never considers your feedback, never replies and never removes your information even if you want to. I couldn't think of any more despicable company, and I've dealt with dozens of similar data brokers.

I only had one person to look up and knew this person had an EXTENSIVE record of arrests, etc, and I thought I was getting a FULL report with all of that, including associates, family members, and so on. For the cost of the ONE TIME report ($19.95) all I got was this person's most recent address. That's all. No report emailed to me, no extended information. What a joke! And no way to get my money back.
Dear Mary,
We apologize for the disappointment you experienced with our people search service. We strive to provide accurate and valuable information to our users.

You would do well to choose a different company to perform background checks. Mostly inaccurate info belonging to different people, mixed with some accurate info, but that makes it completely untrustable.
Hi Pablo,
I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. Was there something specific you were looking for?
Radaris integrates information from so many different public sources that occasionally individual records can be difficult to locate.
We would be happy to help you find the correct records. Please contact us by phone or email so we can help.

They have my profile listed with completely wrong information. My relatives they have listed I've never even heard of! My associates I've never heard of either and they are all over 25 years older than me. They also have myspace info for me and I've never joined myspace in my life! Also have me listed as my name, first and last with an additional last name I have NEVER used! Where do they come up with this stuff? Do monkeys invent it? WTH?
Hi Shannon,
I am sorry to hear this information was so inaccurate.
We have the most complete and current public records available anywhere online, but with hundreds of millions of records, it is impossible to get every profile correct.
We would be happy to help you find the information you need if you would contact us directly.

Of Women and others subject to predatory conduct. I looked up my own name and to my surprise (it afterall promises to surprise you) claimed in an "asset alert" that I had nearly $2 mil in assets! Where is that because that is news to me! I imagine this is to entice those researching a name to pay for the report.
Further it has me listed with a last name of a former boyfriend of over 20 years ago to whom I was never married.
I did not pay to obtain the report, what I saw gave me ample information to know this is a vicious website drawing people in to pay for obviously inaccurate and reckless reports.
Hello Valerie,
We are sorry to hear that you could not find what you were looking for. We do our best to have the most accurate information and relatives lists, however with more than 300 million people in the country it is probably not possible to be 100% accurate.
Millions of people use Radaris every month to verify new relationships, find old friends and family, and research neighbors and acquaintances. The information provided all comes from public records, our site aims to make this public information easily accessible and useful.

I've emailed/called countless times and I still have all my personal information on their website. Don't even bother making an "account", because more info will be back in a week! Every other respectable website I called took down my info in minutes, because they actually respect internet privacy laws!
I've already filed a Consumer Affairs complaint in my state & I'm also going to contact the FTC, the BBB and the attorney general's office. This website is sickening and Radaris should be ASHAMED for putting the lives of others at risk. I'm taking legal action to get my info off this piece of **** site & everyone else should too.
Thank you for your feedback!

Trustoria the information thief directed me to Radaris. As a bunch of lowlife information thieves, the Radaris scumbag representative requested $350 in exchange for removing the stolen even inaccurate details of my life, my study, my career and addresses I lived at. I respectfully requested the removal of my stolen info by phone. He said that in a completely disrespectful and even threatening tone than only comes from a thug and expert in extortion and blackmailing and without giving me the chance to respond, he hung up on me.

If you do a people search with this company and it comes back with results, it will tell you that it has located the addresses, phone numbers, etc,... I was looking for a phone number of a relative, when I seen that the report located a phone number, I decided to purchase the "report", but when I got the report there was no phone number, the report only had an address and nothing else, of course the company will not refund me because they are scamming people

Hi all- I've had similar experiences to those on this site who haven't been able to get their info off Radaris.
PLEASE, please, please report your experiences with Radaris's opt out system to: https://www.privacyrights.org/new-complaint
They are trying to go to the FTC to see if anything can be done about these issues because so many people have complained, but they need to hear from you if you've had an issue. (Just FYI, I am not affiliated with PRC.)
I utilized Radaris to find out all I could on a person with whom I had a business encounter scheduled. Even though I was unable to obtain all of the information I sought, I was astounded by the precision of the data.
They still have not credited my account for the money they took out of my bank account. When they reply to a negative review, they promise to make everything right, and then they don't do anything at all. All lies and bs. So, when you read the reviews and they reply that they will fix the problems, DONT BELIEVE THEM! It's only for show... They really don't a thing.
Hi Margaret,
We apologize for this experience and we would be happy to correct it, but you will need to contact us with information that allows us to identify your account.
Please email us your invoice # and we will correct the issue.

This site is the scum of the earth and should be abolished! It is impossible to contact them via phone. It is much easier to get a hold of and speak to the president of the USA than these parasites! My personal info and my families info is publicly advertised, and nothing I can do about it. I also filed a complain with pricavyrights.org and urge everyone else to take the time to do this. Hopefully something can be done.
