This place will take your money and never send you anything in return. The 3 positive reviews on this sitejabber site are from rabbit quick themselves covering their tracks. Did you notice the broken English and the missing words? It's cause they are operating out of the United States. Do not order from them! Scam Scam Scam!

Cancelled order immediately after placing it. Was told it shipped already. Never received tracking. They took my money and never shipped my order. Told me it's 75 days for refund... Yeah right. It's been 9 months. They stopped talking to me 3 months ago. This place is a total scam! The one positive 4 star review on this sitejabber website from Neil G is infact rabbit quick themselves trying to cover their tracks and lie to you. Their physical address is in Delhi, India. Do NOT believe they are from the U.S. Rabbit Quick runs their website through Shopify. Shopify refusus to acknowledge they harbor criminals on their platform. Despite what they will tell you, your bank will not refund purchases made from these thieves if you authorized the purchase begin with.

Was a 3rd party site tried selling me a good deal on large orders. Something fishy bout it as they kept hounding me to complete my purchase through texts and emails I was just on the site for less than 5 minutes. After transaction I never received my product nor any notification for about 2 months. Rabbit quick said it's still in China and haven't cleared customs. I thought the product was based out of America... another red flag. My suggestion go to a main store or major retailer for the stuff that you're interested in.

I ordered a grass/brush trimmer blade attachment set for my electric trimmer. It arrived without the mounting adapter which is needed to attach it to the trimmer. Without the adapter it is useless. The ad said the product came with everything needed to easily attach it to any model of trimmer. Rabbit Quick made no attempt to correct the error and after several months of back-and-forth advised me that I would have to send it back to them at my expense, at which point they would decide if I was going to get a refund. The shipping cost is higher than what I paid for this useless item. The company is very unresponsive and unprofessional. Don't let yourself get scammed!

I never received my order and the phone number listed is no longer usable. The company gives false claims that orders come from the US as tracking says it was coming from China. Bottom line is that I never received my order after more than 2 months. Do not trust your money to this company. Scammers!

Tried once again to contact Rabbit Quick regarding my refund. Emailed the associate I had been dealing with and also, via the "contact us" route.This was mid December 2022. No reply to either email. Once again a message; avoid Rabbit quick with the return postage I am now $75 in the hole on a $50 item, Certainly now no stars!

12/22/22 I ordered a neck massager and paid extra to expedite shipping and included a tip. I still haven't received my order. Each inquiry (email) is answered exactly the same. "Your order was sent out, on 12/22/22; we'll contact the sender to send it out asap". If the order was sent out, why would they have to contact the sender. I should've done my research on this company! Lesson learned!
I rated this a one, if the option was available, I would rate it a zero.

This company has the worst customer service. It takes a number of days for them to respond and when they do it is incomplete. Then you have to ask for more information and again a number of days before the response. When returning an item they say read the return policy, The return policy does not have the address to ship the item. Then you ask and again you wait for a response.

Ordered two items in Jan. 2023, which were never delivered. Checked with the company after a few months. I have been in contact with Olivis Baker from Rabbit Quick. I wasted my time with her, as she stopped communicating with me once I asked for my money back. Will never use this company again and I hope after this review I finally get my money back! I believe this company is a fraud. I ordered an item never received went to look for a customer number, there's not one available you can only email. Olivia Baker contacted me but was not helpful.

Update from 1/28/2023

There's a new villain on the block - Chime Bank, also known as Bancorp Bank. This was my bank from which I worked steadily to receive a SCAM refund from the dreaded Rabbit Quick. Chime at every turn denied my claim, using lies, thievery, and their "Big Bank" status. At only a SCAM claim of $59.95, they deemed me not important enough to perform even the most rudimentary due diligence.

I provided Chime with every piece of the discussion, facts, and figures from the SCAM Rabbit Quick. Chime threw out all the evidence and basically said "F*** you, you're not important enough."

So now at least I've learned the truth of TWO SCAM artists to avoid; Rabbit Quick and Chime Bank. Do not go near either of these liers and thieves. Your money is too hard to come by to trust them, especially Chime. UGH!

This product is really worth trying, try this monocular. You can literally zoom in to the top of mountain

Was having a problem contacting them at first they finally reached out to me.and while we were trying to find my order it came in the mail.

People can but the products from them but expect late in delivery, they replied my email quick and then i was satisfied
