I never received my order and the phone number listed is no longer usable. The company gives false claims that orders come from the US as tracking says it was coming from China. Bottom line is that I never received my order after more than 2 months. Do not trust your money to this company. Scammers!
Paid for bigger order the floral arrangement in the delivery picture was shabby. There were supposed to be many more roses and lilies. Cheaper flowers were more numerous yet the arrangement was still sparse. The flowers were sloppily arranged and not in bloom. The blush pink roses that were there were hot pink and this was sent to my friend after her father's passing. Overpriced for the quality and I am embarrassed to have sent such a poor quality arrangement. Find local florist only!
My order was done on 11/22. My bank account was charged on 11/24 and supposedly the item was shipped out on 11/24 according to my account records. I never received the item and customer service is horrible - not getting ahold of anyone and no refund. It is now 2/24. Bottom line: I have never ordered from this company before this incident and I never will again. Don't get scammed. The company is based in China if that tells you anything. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Avoid this company!
