Used quora for 2-3 months in 2018 to discover following.
1. Quora is not neutral.
2. Quora has purpose of social engineering
3. Quora wants to be one stop destination to frequently asked questions and maneuver future generations towards ignorance or nensensical propaganda.
4. Any contribution to this that is against their social engineering agenda will be removed.
5. Don't waste time on quora
If you don't have glowing things to say about racist cops, evangelicals melania trump or trump himself. The Moderators will "collapse" your post. Nothing rude. Just mentioning examples will get your post "collapsed".
Quora blocked me on a supposed "Real Name" violation. My name is common but foreign - perhaps unfamiliar to Americans. They asked for a link to my linkedin profile, which I provided. They unblocked me that day. Two days later, they blocked me again, and demanded that I mail in some sort of "official government ID". I have been posting conservative libertarian (non-extreme) political content but I have posted some Answers supportive of Trump. There is no question that that is why I have been hassled so much by Quora moderators. The site should just admit what it is, a progressive echo chamber, and not pretend it is a repository of knowledge. Good luck if you want to use it, but be sure not to have wrongthink if you want to maintain an account in good standing.
Quora moderators decide whether to keep your answers on their site or not. Even if the answer does not have any bad stuff, or insulting stuff in it. It's more of a site for dictators, and not for people who decide things for themselves. It's a bad site. Don't waste your time.
Garbage site Quora changed the way to post anonymous answers, it will mail us a link, anyone who has the link can edit the answer.
This is stupid because, what is the purpose of having an account in quora?, if they mail us a link.
Why anonymous answers should be posted independently of the site?
It seems anonymous answers are read by the moderators and banned from visibility, if they appear to be controversial etc.
This site just attract the masses by dumbing down the content quality.
Quora moderation blocked me stating that I have multiple account provided I deleted my previous account long back. They blocked me without any prior information or details. This shows that, Quora doesn't have humanly respect for their users.
A young girl wrote into Quora asking for advice about her mother, who is (was) on a respirator after a severe head injury. Without any other details a Quora staffer in another country answered her and told her to PULL THE PLUG! The obvious answer was to sit down with the medical team and family and make a joint, fully informed decision. What is this site doing, and how can it be encouraging life and death decisions, from people in other countries with different laws?
Quora certainly has some excellent articles to read, however, when I click on a subject
Article, I get the home page, and a front page, that blocks the article that I want to read?
The front page, features links to other articles of interest, you can check mark them too,
But nothing happens? A user should be able to remove the front page, in order to read the
Article that was downloaded, very difficult website to navigate, give us solutions to the
Problem, and make it user friendly! I have tried many times, to look for solutions to the
Website problem that Quora has not corrected, or refuses to solve the problem. I trust that
Quora will investigate this matter, so the website can be used with great benefit to the user.

After seeing them attack some of the PragerU videos that are well done and well researched using emotion I've concluded that they are heavily left leaning. They include videos of Prager that I'm guessing they hope you do not watch as when you do, their talking points are shown to be incorrect. If you think PragerU is propaganda as some of the quora people suggest, look up the information yourself... in a library. I do not recommend asking your liberal arts teacher at college
Simply put quora is an embodiment of stupidity. Of course, you can find some good answers there. The problem is, that before you do that you must swim a lot in sh*t, an endless river of stupidity ignorance, and incompetence.
Liberals use this site to convince themselves that they're getting smarter, but reality shows schools, and colleges lower passing grades. Schools, and colleges also fix grades for certain individuals, and this leads heatherns to believe they're smart. They almost exclusively come to places like the quora to babble about why they're better than conservatives.
Jesus Christ where to start. The company does not care that people go around spreading false information and stating that their opinion is the only true path. There's a dude on their arguing ghost aren't real from a few years ago and has zero sources to back up his claims. The company will probably ignore my harassment report, even though the guy has zero sources and is calling anyone and everyone basically dumba$$es on the site since his opinion is supposedly right…
Great social. I mean it. It community based as Reddit. But you can submit your post to many communities, not for only one as in Reddit. And you can see your statistics, how many people have seen your post, how many Up votes you get and so on. You can ask questions, create topics, create community, get followers, get a good feedback and visitors to your website. I am happy to find this website out. I like it. Its simple and useful.
It started as a promising idea. It was, as long as it was exclusive and limited. Now, we have hyperproduction and hyperinflation of Quora Spaces.
Spaces earnings beta program is not worth commenting on. Totally irrelevant suggestions. Spam submissions.
I'm afraid that the "purge" of Spaces that don't meet the minimum criteria in terms of quality and number of followers is inevitable.
Was enjoying this until the developers insisted that the user's actual names are displayed. At this point I uninstalled it. This is against all advice from law enforcement, cyber fraud and anti-trolling agencies. If you don't mind your name out there for third parties to research and troll then fine. But if you value your privacy, then don't sign up. It's an invitation to being trolled. I have no problem with a company having my real details to fulfil any cyber-laws, but I do object to my name being out there for any lowlife to latch onto!
Your put on a soft filter if you are not left of center and support all the Marxist propaganda. The internet is the last haven and has been silenced since we went away from webpages to the big tech owning us!
2020 is our last chance to vote legally or we will fail as a nation and the world will fall to! Look up shot heard around the world to learn why we were seen as the 'beacon of hope'. Since the 1800s we have slowly allowed ourselves to be brainwashed.
Absolute joke of moderators
Censorship at its finest with quora, if the moderators don't like you then they will delete all your comments and answers, you can appeal but that just gets you no where, in the end I got myself banned on purpose but at least I told them what absolute arseholes they was so least they saw that and banned me for it
Quora, the platform used to discuss and suggest anything is one of the worst things ever happened to internet. Sick people asking sick things, duffers replying them and morons are the moderators who review the comments.
Wow, has this forum changed! I used it several years ago and for an online forum, it was pretty good. Much better than Redditt, a forum I had to get away from because it seemed to be run by toxic 12 year olds. But now Quora is run by bots! If is literally impossible to find a legitimate question OR respondent. Over and over again, nothing but troll questions about Atheists, AI, etc. Even categories like art are funneled through the eye of those. Just so sad. I heard they pay people, so now people spam them w/ bots. Even the questions now are toxic. It is actually worse than Redditt. Every online forum seems to get taken over by toxic people it seems, which has been the name of the game for social medic for a long, long time,
Do the folks at Quora realize, as the reviews show, that they are alienating quite a few people with their methods? I tried to sign in their about 6 months ago and stopped trying after I saw all the info you required. After that, no matter what I tried to contact TPTB there I kept going redirected back to all the ludicrous questions. I may still read links to this site, but will NEVER jump through all the hoops they require. There's just no good rationale for them requiring so much personal info. Good luck with THAT.
Answer: Yes, the questions about penis size and virginity seems to sponsor endless discussion!
Answer: Because Google put Quora answers at the top of their search results when people search for a question they see the answer from Quora. Which is stupid because most answers on Quora aren't even correct lol. Idk why Google wants to promote that site, if they own it or they want to buy it and incorporate it into Google at some point. I think the site is awful and it should be shut down because it's just a propaganda site. You do not see Quora from any other search engine for example duckduckgo. But you see it in Google.
Answer: No, it is obviously leftist but it does on occasion allow questions or replies for short periods of time that are obviously uncomfortable to the "politicaly correct" crowd in a useless attempt to appear unbiased.
Answer: I honestly feel and highly suspect from certain traits that Quora pays Google to be high on the rank and they get *buddy buddy* with the government. Quora is essentially too big to fail. We no longer have capitalism but now live under governmentism which Trump pledges to end but can he? Does he really mean what he says? That is the million $ question.
