Awesome customer service...

I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea which effects my focus. It was difficult for me to understand how QuiBids works. I asked for my $60 refunded back to my card. Your customer service department got back to me right away stating my card will be refunded within 5 to 6 days.

I wish all company's work as great as yours.

Give me my money back

Because I filled out the form, you took $63.00 out of my account. I should not have filled out the form as I did not want to buy anything.

As I am 77 years old I found it hard on the nerves to have to keep sending the emails, just to get your phone number

I did select a rating but it is not wright as I never used the wedsite

Amazing Customer Service

I was curious about this site and I purchased a bid pack to get started. After reading up a bit on how the site worked I figured I was just not ready for this type of shopping yet and requested a refund of my unused bids. Immediately I was given a credit along with a friendly e-mail from customer service saying they were sorry to see me go. I was very impressed with that and will definitely try this again once I am educated on this type of shopping experience.

Don't believe all bad things you hear!

I thought I was duped when I was charged $18 during registration and didn't even realize it. After researching, I found negative feedback about Quibids and it was a scam and customer service was horrible. THEY ARE AWESOME! Responded in 24 hrs. To my email and refunded the $18. I can't wait to start shopping! Life's lesson... don't believe all bad things that you hear!
