Hi Madeline, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't aware you were purchasing the starter bid package of 100 bids for $60.00 when entering your credit card info on the purchase page. The good news is they will offer a full refund for any of your unused bids. Just send them an email at support@quibids.com and they will be happy to assist you. They are very supportive and want to make sure you are satisfied.

You can also call customer support at 1-855-784-2437 and they will give you back all your money on unused bids. They are closed for the holiday on the 25th... but will be open on may 26th during regular operations time.

The mistake most new people make is they try to bid of the big items. I find an item I am interested in and I can afford if I lose the bidding. If you buy the bids, the cost of the item goes down with every bid... I always start out with a small bid pack to bid on. Then the gift cards. I have won lots of stuff on Quibids and love it. I have learned to watch the others bidding. Sometimes it is better to pull out rather then just keep bidding when you have 8 others bidders on auto bidding. I have been to other sites and gotten my bid packs back. I am sure Quibids will be helpful on the return of your money or bidding. Have you looked to see what the items you didn't win will cost you if you buy them. I have not won some and the cost to buy in may only be 60 cents... Depending on how many bids you used on one item. Hope you get your money back if that is what you are wanting. But if not and you get bids try looking for something that not a lot are bidding on and that is not a big item..

There's plenty of information on the site to help you understand the bidding. Anyone that bids without understanding how it operates is responsible for the results of their own actions. If you go to a roulette table at any casino and lose your money you can tell them you didn't understand the game and want your money back. They might do it for public relations, but you wouldn't deserve it back. If you won you wouldn't want to give your winnings back, so don't expect anyone to give you back what you clearly don't deserve. Don't gamble on anything before completely understanding how it operates. And even when you know what you're doing, winning isn't easy.
