I was unaware Quibids would charge my card when I started an account. I was furious and that it was a scam. Ready to take action with my bank and dispute the claim I called the Customer Service and to my surprise they were understanding and offered me my money back within 5 business days. They are legit and understand that not all people will know how they do business. I now have no qualms and realize it is not a scam but a legit business. Thank you Quibids for the help!
I asked for help from customer service and they were professional and satisfied what I needed without question. Excellent service Thank you
Had to cancel my account and it was taken care of very promptly.
There were 3 issues over the last 2 days that I needed answers to. Both Thomas and Steven were very helpful and pleasant. Thanks!
Only the best, just straight forward great Customer Service
Made an error with my purchase of bids. When I realized my error I contacted customer service explained my mistake and asked for assistance. I was contacted and the issue resolved even better than I had expected. I will play again in the near future, but will educate myself better.
Sent an e-mail to customer service. My request was handled completely within 24 hours.
It was new to try it out
And it was so helpful from your team to help my out
I had signed up for Quibids and on the Friday after that they deducted $60 from my checking account. I emailed and asked why this was done, as I had done no bidding. While they did not answer my question, they said there would be a full credit done to my account in 3 business days. This is the 4th day and it has not shown yet, but they assured me it had been done.
I hadn't realized that $60 was taken out of my bank account when I signed up for Quibids. Once I did I was quite upset and contacted them my email and then by life chat The problems was solved in a very short time the money returned to me immediately. That's very good service.
This business is very poorly conducted, and im not just someone that is mad becuase they suck at bidding on the auctions. I have done alright on quibids winning around $500 worth of merchandise. Why i am giving it such a poor review is the way they conduct themselves. Double check all prices with other sites such as amazon before making your decision to place a bid. This year (2015) they had iphone 4s' listed for the retail price of $999. The average price of an iphone 4s currently is around $80. This was not just a single occurrence, today i was on the site and found out that they had NBA 2k15 listed for the price of $99.99. Clearly this company needs to do some reworking. Another problem i have come across has been receiving broken and poor quality items. I am assuming this company probably buys in bulk from china and has little to no quality control, so you end up getting broken crap.
Good Luck if you choose to join besides the countless number of bad reviews on the site.
Chat with Alicia was extremely pleasant. She was prompt, efficient, courteous and handled my problem very quickly. Great experience.
I recently joined QuiBids and I was aware that I would be charged $60.00. I didn't mind because I read that real bids were fully refundable. I then read over all the information in QuiBids 101 and I also read over many other reviews. After getting a better understanding of how this work over the next 2 days I decided that this was not for me. I think that the process is fair but the main reason for me is that it is too time consuming to try and win a bid. They have a Bid-o-matic program that will place bids for you but I'm not into that. I prefer to place my own bids but I don't have that kind of time so I asked for a refund. In a matter of seconds after I sent an e-mail to customer service to request a refund I received a reply granting my refund. A+ for customer service.
I experienced a problem trying to buy tokens and accidently purchased, "buy now" the item that I was bidding on. I was not sure how to undo what I accidently did and I asked for the support team to help me and they got back to me the very next morning. Quick and understanding service, thank you
Recently signed up for quibids before reading all rules... accidentally bought a product... e-mailed customer support and explained what happened and problem resolved within an hour... no problems whatsoever
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
Answer: Hi Madeline, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't aware you were purchasing the starter bid package of 100 bids for $60.00 when entering your credit card info on the purchase page. The good news is they will offer a full refund for any of your unused bids. Just send them an email at support@quibids.com and they will be happy to assist you. They are very supportive and want to make sure you are satisfied.
