True to word

My husband mistakenly put my credit card in thinking he was buying the product for the price listed as opposed to bidding. I immediately contacted customer service and within 4 days (and this was over Thanksgiving holiday) my credit card was refunded of any unused amount.

Am completely new to process of QuiBids. Great tutorials to help through initial stages. Although never won the two auctions I attempted i was happy that the money i had bid on up to that point could be applied to purchase of gift card.

Quibids problem.

I was new to the site and hadn't found my way around yet, and was trying to browse and I thought I would go ahead and sign up. To my surprise quibids charged my credit card $18.00. Seeing that I didn't have that in my account and that I would be overdrawn on my debit card, I hit my melt down button and there I was... in deep doo-doo. So, I wrote and email asking to refund my money, which also closed my account. All I wanted to do is sign up and browse around to see if I liked the site. I went in and read a little more about how quibids works and your support team helped me within 24 hours to fix the problem. Way to go and Kudos!

Wrong design on item shipped/ wanted plain SS Knives and got the Hammered with Wooden Handles, so sending back to get the right ones I hope as my wife has wanted the plain for some time and thought I would get for and gift this Christmas. Well returned knives to Quibids and would you believe they sent the wrong ones again. I have been a member of Quibids for almost 5 years now and not once have I had this problem now they not only done it to me once but twice and all over the same Cuisinart SS Knives Plain Set so if anyone is planning to get the plain set don't because going to get HAMMERED LIKE ME!

No Deal!

I seen an add on TV and had heard about Quibids before, so I decided to try it. Filled out all the necessary questions and decided to take a scroll through and see what all you have, NOT clicking on ANYTHING, I didn't see anything I could not live without so I got out of it and a very little bit later I was checking email and seen where you had charged me $60 for SOMETHING, I still to this day do not know what I was suppose to have bought, Never found out, it does not matter now because I was about to have a fit and you finally took me clear out of the system. If you treat all your customers like this I am surprised you have any business at all.

Misleading

By my figuring, my 60 dollars got me 100 bids that means my 100 bids are only worth 1 dollar, you guys are cleaning up. And then I loose my bids even if I don't win. Nice racket.

I'm on disability and hoped to win some items through the auction. It wasn't until I registered and gave my bank information that I was referred to other screens to learn $60.00 is automatically debited from your account. Quibids has no regard from taking advantage of online buyers.DON'T recommend.

Complicated

Purchased bids. Could not tell what was available in Australia. Links kept taking me to US website. Could not find stuff i wanted to bid on although it showed up on the pre login "homepage".
Disappointing. Hope you can get this together in the future. It should have been successful
