I joined QuiBids this morning, but decided to cancel several hours later. My fee was returned immediately and courteously, rare for current business practices.
I signed up with QuiBids thinking the auction was similar to Ebay. Did not realize it was more like a live auction. With my life/job schedule it is impossible for me to be at a computer constantly. I emailed QuiBids and with 24 hours received a reply and a refund. Awesome job support team.
I signed up for your service not seeing anywhere that $60 will be charged upon signing. I assumed that my credit card was for future bids. My mistake for assuming. You should post the $60 sign up clearly for all to see. I should NOT have to maneuver through writing to figure this out. You would avoid this current issue if you did so. It would seem that you would not want to deal with this. On the other hand, the theory may be that people will try anyway and then you do not have to refund.
I have requested a refund. So far no problems with canceling, but I am waiting to see if I truly receive one.
Had a problem with voucher bids not getting credited to my account. Contacted customer support and the issue was resolved immediately!
Decided not to continue right after signing up. Contacted them and explained I had a change of heart. They got back with me very quickly and are refunding my
Money.

I had contacted CS about a gift card I received that wasn't activated, they responded within 24 hours and I had a replacement gift card within 5 days, that's awesome customer service
I felt "sucked in" to buying a bid pack upon registration, not knowing how the site ACTUALLY worked. Even with that, I tried bidding several times. It just wasn't for me. When I contacted Customer Support, they were very communicative and assisted me with getting out. I was impressed with how quickly they did that. If I ever find myself with more time to dedicate to something like this, I would definitely choose to come back to QuiBids. No hassle getting out of it impressed me.
You can wait for hours just to try and make one bid and get know where. It seems like you have to spend a lot just to try and get a lot. To me it is a lot like gambling there is no guarantee.
I was only with QuiBids for a short time but I have to say it was fun bidding against other people and watching all the goings on. I bid for a few items and wasn't always successful but that's part of the challenge. Really enjoyed the experience.

I read about Quibids and immediately thought this would be perfect to score some great deals! Well. I am NOT the competitive type and didn't understand much of what was in the tutorials... I shortly realized that this wasn't for me... a 65 year old grandmother! I emailed Quibids and within one day had been notified that my acct. Would be credited with the original $60 I had submitted. Thank you for this quick response and for understanding that this was a mistake for me. Great service!
I did not realize I was being charged right away for bid points and when I did I emailed customer service asking for a refund. In less than 24 hours I had a response and a refund. Thank you so much.

For the small things everyone is awesome but when it comes to larger items such as being ripped off for around 400 bids because I WAS BIDDINGon 2 items and hit the 12 limit when I won one and would not let me place another bid thus losing all those bids is just not right plus I won a purse and paid for another as CHristmas gifts and never received them although I could go buy a printer and sign a document to start an investigation QuiBids should find where these items are find out who is responsible call the police and charge these people
Answer: Yes like Gary O said, $60 buys your first 100 bids. Seems like a lot but after that you can buy 25 bids for $15. Best investment I ever made!
Answer: When you sign up, to be able to bid, you must purchase bids and the first bid pack is 100 bids for $60. People simply do not read. I would ask them why they think they give their credit card number just to sign up. I've read the information and it's pretty clear. I've been using QuiBIds for going on 3 years and I love it. When you sign up there will be at the top that is labeled "QuiBids 101". If you do sign up, be sure to read QuiBids 101 before you begin bidding. It's very helpful.
