I joined QuestionCove 2 years ago-- it'll be 3 by 5. 23. 21. Over the course of my being on, I found refuge in the community when it was still small. I found friends that helped me when I needed it most, and I also found educational help to graduate. The mods respond to reports whenever they can and the creator focuses on the site a majority of the time. It's still developing and evolving and the potential is endless.
Some people don't understand the real purpose of the site, which is to guide people to their answers. We don't give direct answers, when we do give answers, we explain how we got to that conclusion or - if they're online - they respond and we trade ideas back and forth. Newer users don't understand why we don't give people direct answers and think it's unfair when they get warned for it, but if they stick around log enough they warm up to it and it develops are really good habit. Requiring people to always give information to back up their claim is good for future reference.
I love the site and I do hope it'll continue to grow!
P.S. They even have a Minecraft server for Bedrock and Java players!
The moderators are attractive.
Angei is extremely helpful, friendly, and flawless; the bees knees.
Please unban
I have been on this site for way too long, some of the mods aren't laid back, but that's okay, Most of the users are very friendly me being one of them, and you get exceptional help if you tag the right people!
It bans for dum reasons. Like if you give the answer to someone you get one warning. Also you cant really speak to people without them changing your words. They close chats and be karen´s the bad karen´s not good. You cant change your username once you got it but at first you can make your own thou... well this is my opinion review of question cove I WANT A RIOT.
I think qc is a drama filled site and it's more about causing problems and creating chaos then it is about homework. They ban and suspend innocent users. They have favorites(which are usually the ones that have been on longer)and they defend them when they do bad stuff like laylaalyssa, supie, BlasianPrincess1, BRESHAY2006 and the mods are disrespectful as $#*! and they don't care about nobody they banned my account yungblasian because they thought i was trying to invade on a suspension and then when my friend reached out they tried to ban him too! I WILL SAY THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HOMEWORK SITE, DON'T PICK QUESTION COVE IT IS NOT THE ONE FOR YOU!
Its a good place for help and to find answers or a good place to find an explanation on why the specific answer is correct
They keep banning me for no reason! People sent nudes and I saw and I reported them but the moderators Actually report the wrong people
I can't help but give this platform a 5/5 for the idea, potential and usefulness. This platform has all the potential to become a bigger project! While you wish to get help, the fact that your knowledge can be found useful for other students is amazing and thanks to this site you can help students all over the world get more knowledge, as well as better grades!
I have been on QuestionCove for almost 3 years (will be 3 on 4/28) I have seen many things one this site that are not on any of the other question sites I sometimes use. QuestionCove has the nicest community, it is a wonderful place to meet new friends and hold conversations. The moderation, while sometimes might be a little strict, is rather good and the mods do their best job of juggling their daily life as well as their job of keeping the site a safe and postive environment (as well as answer questions/help guide users on their academic pathway when they can do so). An amazing feature about this site is that giving an direct answer is against the rules. We want to help the users learn, not just give them the answer since that leads to farther complications in the future. Back when I had first joined this site most of my questions were explained to me step by step until I got the hang of it, so I am rather glad that currently I am more of a helper than someone who needs it. I love being able to assist people and help guide them. Another benefit is that the creator of this site is simply amazing, he constantly does his best to improve the site and draw more users. Although he is very busy with mantaining the site I love how he does his best to add fun features (ask him for a Harlem Shake) and still interacts with the users. Overall I love this site, and this is a honest review. It has had its downsides like all things, but the speed at which these past issues were resolved is impressive. I would recommend this site to anyone who needs help c:
Its by far the best QuestionSite out there
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS WEBSITE. ONE OF YOUR PARTICIPANTS ASKED MY DAUGHTER FOR HER PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS AND SHE DID AND THEN THE PARTICIPANTS SENT NAKED PICTURES OF HIS PENIS TO HER AND ASKED HER FOR HER PHONE NUMBER TOO! KEEP AWAY FROM THE PERSON WHO HAS THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF *******@gmail.com. He is an adult and he should be banned from your site forever is not long enough for this person.
I've been on the site for about a month and this is a really good help/ study site. There are strict rules, there is no plagiarising. I recommend using this site if you need help on anything, you can better understand your assignment.
I've been a member (and moderator) of many such communities and I can tell you that QuestionCove is not plagued by the issues that haunt those websites. Namely, unnecessary drama. I've observed over the past 2 years that Question cove has great helpers, many of whom are college students and volunteer their time to help out the large user base of high school students. QuestionCove is unique from other sites in that they provide guidance to questions and not the answers. They believe that by helping the student through the problem, the student will be able to succeed in his or her further academics. And they're not wrong. This is where other homework help websites go wrong. They provide answers (and sometimes they're just random guesses). The student is able to submit his work and both the student and teacher think everything is fine. The problem then arises when the student moves on to the next class or higher education. Overall, QuestionCove is an amazing website. The administration and moderation of the site are active and very responsive.
I wrote a review previously and removed it, I revisited the site and when asking questions I got the help I needed with an explanation as well. This site may have its downs but it is a great place to get the help you need.
At first Questioncove seems like a decent website with a lot of helpful people, but whilst on the site I ran into drama constantly. I was looking for help and found that the overflowing drama coming from the site prevented me from doing that. There is also the point that the people I encountered to help me with my problems gave me the wrong information. Pretty much from the amount of time I spent on the site it seemed to be more for social activity rather than a homework helping site.
Even though there is flaws, I highly recommend it even if people might be confusing. The community is so supportive and has your back. That's just my experience at least so take it with a grain of salt.
One of my close mates recommended I try this site to help me.
So I searched it up at first it seemed pretty decent. Then one of the moderators
Messaged me and said, "You should stay out of the global chat it is very distracting"
When I was trying to make new mates. Then on another account I had a question about something so I decided to get some extra feed back
Then the person came on and "helped" it was totally a go around they took me in a total different route and really confused me.
So if you are serious about getting help I would not recommend this site all.
I found QuestionCove when I needed homework help, I was searching questions and came across the site, the community was very nice and welcoming and helped me learn the material instead of just giving me a answer. I made a few friends there as well!
I have used the website for over a week now, and it seems that they are trying to cam me into donating. There are plenty of users with privileges for free, why should I pay? They only want money and nothing else
Answer: QuestionCove is a legit company, we have students answering and asking questions. It is a tutoring platform that uses the Q&A format to the fullest by incorporating social media elements
Answer: This means you have been prevented from creating new accounts, usually meaning that you have evaded a suspension with another account or someone in your household has
Answer: How is the site acting up for you? I've been doing a bunch of updating for QuestionCove the past few days, so if you're referring to the site refreshing itself then that's why. Else if you are using Safari, or an iPhone, currently QC is completely broken after an update they did, so try using Chrome if at all possible
Answer: You can have multiple accounts for the site, as last I checked, there is no rule against it.
Answer: When you try to sign into your account a little pop-up should show up and it will let you know how much longer you need to wait. If you have any more questions please feel free to reach out to any of us. :)
Answer: As long as you mention it in the Miscellaneous section of the site, you are good to go.
Answer: Account suspensions are completely legal, no matter how insane the reason may be.
Hi, sorry that your experience on QuestionCove has been negative, we try to take care of situations like this as soon as possible, and I'm sorry you've had this experience. It's very rare for stuff like this to happen, and we do our best to make sure our site is safe for children. It disappoints us greatly that we have failed this time, and we promise to do better in the future!
